I ordered a burger and fries via Uber eats, burger was made correctly and as ordered the fries were left over fries from the bottom.
Seemed like they needed to make new fries but decided to give me what was left at the bottom. The curly fries weren’t even curly. Just dry. Next time please just make a new batch. Asked for cheese sauce and it was not filled up to the top of the container. Maybe about 1 pump of cheese sauce instead of it being filled to the top. To bad chic fil la is closed on Sundays.
Epic fail! Ordered the 5 for 5 on the app at 6:45 pm with a pickup time of 7:15 pm. Arrived at 7:19, walked in to find a family waiting at the register to order. There was no one behind the counter. I walked over to the area designated for the online orders. It was several minutes before an employee (barely moving at a snails pace) came out from the kitchen. She asked the family if they wanted to order, to which they responded, "Yes". She asked me if I was waiting for and online order, I responded, "Yes", and then she slowly moved back to the kitchen with no explanation to anyone. There was another employee, with no sense of urgency, working in the fry area. After 10 more minutes the family waiting at the register left without ordering. I would have left also, but I had already paid when I placed my order on the app. I finally asked what the hold up was to another employee that appeared from the drive thru area, and was told that they were overwhelmed by the amount of orders they had. My order that was supposed to be ready at 7:15 was handed to me at 7:42. When I got home and unwrapped 1 of the sandwiches, the bun was so burnt, I had to replace it with bread I had at home. All around a horrible experience. Arby's, you must do better!
Food was fine. Not busy at lunch drive-thru, but got the order wrong, no napkins and no sauce. What a joke that people cannot get a 3 item order correct.
Cmon man. A simple order. Bacon, Swiss , chicken. Where the heck is my bacon!!!??? Why is it that such a simple order can’t be fulfilled… and you wonder why people rather wait in the line around chic fil a instead of your line….. this is probably a clue. Get the order correct. It’s such a simple order jeez. Wasted money won’t be back
Slow slow service even though we were the only ones in there. Cheese wasn't even melted. Was cold.
This is the best Arby's. Food is always made to order, the frys are hot, and the beef is sliced perfectly. Great Job!!
Came to try the new wagyu burger after watching reviewbrahs video on it and was not disappointed. I hope they keep it on the menu. Burger was juicy and flavorful. Normally don’t eat at arbys since most their food makes you feel like you’re going to die, but the burger surprisingly did not make me feel like I was going to have a heart attack. 4 stars because they were out of half the healthier part of their menu (wraps) and the wait was long for just two burgers
Food is excellent and nice to get a variety of food options that are not just ground beef. Very Fresh.
