Curly fries was cold, hard and tasted like cooked in old grease. There was also an old French fry mixed in. Roast beef sandwich was just ok but asked for barbecue sauce and they threw two barbecue sauces for dipping in there instead of the one in the packet that you can squirt on your sandwich. Working there, you would think they would know which one to give you but no that's too much to ask. Will never go back. I used to love Arby's roast beef but this place is the bottom of the barrel.
No longer offer Jr size milk shakes, but couldn't get one of they did. Machine was down. Service was not rude, but certainly Not friendly either. We had a gift card, but the credit card machine would not read it. The cashier just stood there and did not offer any help or suggestions. Never did get it to work.
Cashier was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Bathroom had a weird smell but it didn't carry over into the dining area. Floor in dining room was dirty as well as the table top where I sat
Food was fine, but i dont appreciate being upcharged 30 cents for a donation after responding no when asked. While 30 cents is nothing i do beleive in consent. Do better.
The schedule is until 12am but they simply do not want to work anymore and they give you thousands of reasons not to serve you at 11pm ????????????????????????????????
We used drive thru service but the food was hot & tasty & we did not have to wait long at all for our food.
It was good but the price is crazy could of went to a steak house for what I paid for 4 people to eat
To high priced and the food was not good at all it was cold and fries where like they had been there all day yuck will not go back
