This is one of the best Arby’s I’ve been too and from this experience thus far this was the best fast food restaurant in rexburg.
Amazing food and while it seems expensive you get a lot of bang for your buck. Finally in side the restaurant it’s self it is super peace full and comfortable.
10/10 would recommend.
Updated review: I’ve been the Arby’s twice since the past review and have been very pleased with the customer service. I came in one time for a catering order and had forgot to confirm it with they manager so they didn’t have it ready. Totally my fault but they were kind and got the order for 27 people ready with in 10 minutes. It was amazing!!
I went just this weekend and over heard a customer expressing how “upset” he was to one of the staff. I was surprised and impressed by the staff member, Camryn and her response to the customer.
Will return soon.
Walked in and no one was at the cash register so we had to wait to order. After asking a guy to help he asked someone else to come over. There were about 3 groups that already had their food and were eating so I have no idea to why the cashier was gone. She also seemed annoyed to help us. Besides the service, the food was really good! Everything was warm and correct. (One thing that may be important to some is they do not have the typical Cherry Citrus soda.)
Friendly staff. Friendly owner. Great food and great service! Even when doordashing they are quick and makes sure the order is ready quickly
I love the curly fries!
We have been consistently disappointed with this location. Given how expensive it is for our family to eat here, it just isn’t worth it when:
-We receive burned buns (every time!)
-They never have deals on their Classic Roast Beef sandwiches (even though the Pocatello branch has had one going for a few months now and yes, we have the app so we are checking for deals there as well)
-They can’t get our order right
I hope they can improve….because I love Arby’s!
I ordered sliders from the drive thru at the Arby’s in Rexburg. When I got home I discovered that the Buffalo sliders had almost no meat on them. It looks like they just used one chicken nugget instead to make the order rather than make an actual slider. Not even worth the money I paid. If you’re thinking about ordering from this location, think again. Not worth it.
It's a fast food joint. Can be busy around 3pm. I would've given it a higher rating but they got rid of their happy hour value menu, so now it's more expensive than before.
I waited 5 minutes for a chicken sandwich which I completely understand because that takes time to cook but getting stale fries after the wait is unacceptable. Otherwise the staff were nice.
Went through drive through and the guy at the window was super funny and friendly!! We came right at closing time, and he gave us free food they didn't need anymore!
