Went through the drive-through asked for hot fries they came medium warm at best ate my fries drove several miles away, drank my shake looked for my Arby’s sauce when I went to eat my sandwich when I was almost at work and there was no Arby’s sauce so I came back three hours later with the cold sandwich with no Arby sauce and asked the The woman behind the counter who I’m pretty sure it was the manager. She said it was her store started raising her voice asking me for my receipt and telling me we don’t put Arby sauce on the sandwich. She clearly didn’t listen and elevated her voice and did not appreciate that I paid for this sandwich with no Arby’s sauce In the bag and thought she would just give me another one since I took the time to drive all the way back and was still hungry. Walked out of the store because she told me I had to wait for the next customer that she already had taken care of the other Customer also started saying stuff to me and made a big scene in the store. So I walked out of the store. No sandwich no money back and very aggravated. I will never go back to Antioch Arby’s places terrible
Thought I would try something different today, so I had the Bacon Ranch Waygu burger. Very tasty, but the ranch dressing nearly overpowered the taste of the burger. I would order this again, but ask to hold back on the ranch. Personal preference.
My wife had the Rueben sandwich, which is always a hit.
Arrived at this location (store 7708) at 12pm. West side door is locked, even tho store has been "open" since 10am. Drove around building to east side doors. They were open. We told the associate at the counter that the door was locked. He shrugged his shoulders. We watched several customers attempt to enter, and just drove away because they couldn't get in. Losing lots of business today. Good luck with that! Half hour later we are leaving after having good sandwiches but cold fries. Door is still locked.
Who is the manager (female) that was throwing a fit midday sunday 10/27 in front of guests over prep? I pick up doordash and as I was waiting the manager on duty couldn't have been more childish with the staff working. To the point they should have walked out on her. Screaming and demeaning them, in front of customers (a couple left because of it). Over prep? No way that is who you want in charge and representing your store. Coach in private, celebrate in public. I didn't catch her name but her (manager on duty) emotional maturity was extremely lacking. Sunday, around noon, 10/27. She needs leadership training desperately!!
Arby's Antioch, Illinois. Great food and a clean dining room. Jessie the manager and her day shift staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Always a good dining experience.

The floors and the tables are so sticky. You feet stick to the floor and we washed the table with sanitizer and water and they still were sticky that we had to put napkins down on the table before we ate and then the
napkins stuck to the table. Floors need a good cleaning and the tables obviously need cleaning and to be resealed or replaced as every table we checked was sticky to the touch.
This is literally the WORST fast food location of all fast food places in the entire states! After 8pm the cancel and refuse doordash orders everytime... So tonight I sent my daughter and asked to get a few arby sauces...and this is what they gave her......photo attached. Who is managing this place? Are you serious????...There answer to her was...we are closing soon anyway so here's everything.?!
Roast beef sandwich is always a treat. There are so many different delicious sandwiches. Friendly customer service.
