We had the most amazing lunch, greatest by woman at the counter who to order, her name was Ms Amber, she was amazing hgh energy, great personality big smile, we had a very enjoyable lunch and will recommend and return. Thank you Ms Amber for making our lunch in experience amazing.
Every time I order their Reuben, I regret it because the meat is so light. I spend 10 bucks on a sandwich,and I'm asking "Where's the meat????"
I ordered through the mobile app, when I arrived at the store at 8pm the lobby was closed when the stated hours were till 10pm. I go to the drive through I am informed they cannot make my order and they will not issue me a refund. Basically this Arby's location robbed me, they took my money and gave me nothing. If you cannot make the food why are you still open taking orders and money from paying customers. I will be putting a stop payment on the money through my credit card company which is 100% unnecessary. This location needs to take accountability and make it right when they are obviously in the wrong. The customer service at this location is horrendous and the managers need to be trained or removed.
I give it a 5 star review because of its staff. They are the best people working in fast food, in the area.
Used to be awesome. Now you order two sandwiches and two fried products and they can't even get that right. Seriously I order a Swiss and ranch and a buffalo chicken. This is the idiocy that I received. What are you doing to make a Swiss and ranch and only put meat and bun together. Never again will I waste my time or money.
Love this arbys!!I don't go inside much but, their staff is incredibly cordial and nice ! That's a redundant statement yet, true! I would take a star away for getting g rid of the potato patties,but it's not this stores fault. ;) love this arbys!
Burger and fries were both fresh and hot. The food at this location was great and the staff member at the drive thru window was nice. ????????
I have been getting into the habit of timing fast food experiences because at this point we all know fast food is not gourmet. I have to say this place is fast! It took 4:56 to order and get my food even though there were cars in front of me when I arrived. The food was as expected and not terrible which was also pleasant.
