Had the large beefnchedder was ok but not enough cheddar halfway threw sandwich it became dry plus they act as if they was counting the curly fries not near enough.
"The Good Burger "is really a good burger. It could've been put together or better layered , but as far as taste , a definite 4 out of 5 . I also had to grab the fried Mac and cheese bites ; it was so worth it . Crunchy and creamy all in one , for those who have that craving. .delish ! They just forgot to put my BBQ sauce in the bag. .????????
They got my order wrong. I went back and they refused to remake the whole order, only what they got wrong even though it was their mistake. I’ll never come back to this location again. But at least I have a fresh sandwich with cold everything else…yeah that makes sense.
On Nov.3 2024 about 4:40pm After waiting 30 min to place my order I ordered a classic roast beef sandwich only to get home and the meat was too thick & rubbery I just threw it away
I waited for a terribly long time, over 20 minutes. I finally tapped on the window to ask if the window area was closed. That's when I took the picture. I was talking to the manager and tried to place an order. He waived his arms up and said he's off then left the building.
There's nothing worse than employees standing around on phones when customers are waiting to be serviced. And managers that don't want to work.
The cashier stated that he was trying to get the drive thru down. I wanted to order cheeses sticks but he stated the the grease hasn't been changed and he didn't want to serve bad food to me. I saw him serve fries in the drive thru and they were very dark, burnt like.
So I just left. I am glad that he was honest about the grease.
It's still good to me almost late at night ???? that double roast beef sandwich, my goodness, and my meat was fresh. My best friend wanted a hamburger from them, and I thought she was ????because we all know that you don't get a hamburger from this kind of place ???? but you'll the hamburger was good ????
Honestly I was given a burger that was so black I actually had chunks of black stuck in my teeth. They pulled me off their timer even though there was no one behind me and made me wait for this burger for about 10 minutes. This is the Wagyu steak burger meal I paid almost $12 for and the drive-thru lady with the nose ring seem irritated that I was even bringing it back. You could tell how badly she does not want to be there!! Never coming back.
Update.... gave it a year and decided to see if service was better. Fries are good, but seriously... What Arby's runs out of the actual Arby's sauce? Probably won't be back here again.
The food was good but the service wasn't the best. It was as if the cashier and a cook were the only ones working while everyone else in the store stood around with their backs to customers. Although my order was taken incorrectly, the food did tatst great. The macaroni and cheese was amazing! I couldn't finish what I did get!
