Ordered a crispy buffalo chicken wrap. Tortilla was dry and cracked apart. One part of the wrap didn’t even have chicken. They must have new workers, because before I would get excellent service. I knew when my food was out in less than a minute I was going to be disappointed. Unfortunate!! I’ve tried calling several times! Call doesn’t go through! Imagine that!!!
Food was hot and fresh. No real complaints about staff. An item was forgotten but quickly fixed when brought to attention. So overall another great experience at this location.
Food was good. Staff were not able to get order correct when ordering from drive thru. Then took a while when went in to get rest of order and only 3 staff working.

I literally just walked out of Arby’s to write this review.
The customer service at the counter was great and the two ladies that are working this evening are pleasant and nice.
I was watching the gentlemen at the prep station and noticed he was preparing the food in a deliberate and caring manner. I can tell that he cares about the presentation or just doing the job right.
In either case I asked one of the ladies about him. I personally told him I thought he was doing an excellent job, and that I appreciated how he works. I hope everyone else that comes here experiences great customer service like I did. If you do…let them know.
That was the worst brisket sandwich I have ever had! The brisket was old and smothered in BBQ sauce to cover it up and had no onion rings and was missing half the meat!!!
Mid afternoon, and they were out of applesauce for a kids' meal. Instead, they gave a cookie with 3 times the sugar and calories as a replacement. Not sure if it was a bad day for this particular Arby's, but the bathroom appeared cleaned but smelled awful. The eating area was hot and humid like the AC might not have been working correctly.
The super pleasant customer service here from Katie M. was the absolute best! Thank you for making my day and a great take out experience.
Everything was great, but we ate inside and there was too much NOISE!
