The food was great and fresh. We arrived just before 3pm and they were closing at 4pm for their annual holiday party. Staff was extremely vocal about the party and kept making comments about how they wished people would stop coming and that they should have closed at 3pm. I felt like this was very unprofessional. They were still open and had plenty of time for people to come and go before they closed for the event.
Ordered a double roast beef ... this looks like what jr roast beef once was ... not sure if all locations were doing it but saw an ad for $7 double combo.. was charged 6 for the sandwich and 3.50 for a drink n didn't get the fries at all .. I did order a 6 piece mac n cheese bite total bill was $15.79 ... and no Arbys sauce in the bag. I'm not one to complain but was gonna go back in but had already waited 20mins in the drive through line.
Jennifer was really sweet! I ordered 8 sandwiches & asked for lots of sauces! She was kind patient & courteous made sure I had plenty of sauces and extra napkins! Store was clean staff was friendly atmosphere was relaxed & food came out fast! Will be back regularly on my trips to Harmony & Statesville! Thanks yall!!!
My first time ordering a brisket sandwich, with no BBQ sauce $7.79 plus tax. Got 1 small slice of meat, a few small onion crumbles and No cheddar cheese anywhere. I asked for a refund and was refused because I ordered thru the ARBYS app and told all they could do was give me another one. Total waste of money. Who in their right mind would think this sandwich was acceptable and give it to a customer???
They still have a 4 for 10 awesome. The shakes are a great value. The service is great. The workers were quick and the atmosphere was nice. Not too crowded.
Before today you wouldnt catch me pulling up at this Arby's location. The service and food was horrible. My friend wanted Arby's, so I gave in and we went to arby's.
This place has completely changed for the better. The lady taking my order was very sweet and very thorough, she read my entire order back and She was also very pleasant at the window. My food was amazing and freshly made, not a single item missing, I had napkins and all condiments I asked for. Very very impressed. You have gained a customer back! Thanks y'all I'll be back soon!
Just stopped by here while I was on a road trip. The food was good. The restaurant was clean. They offered to help me to my car since I had my hands full. I travel this route several times a year and I would stop here again.
Super excellent service the employees and manager were all nice and friendly and people seemed to know each other, making it seem super small town restaurant versus fast food. Definitely the best Arby's I've ever been to.
