This location is a franchise serving undercooked burgers. Just had an experience where the burger looked cooked on the outside but when bite into the burger it was rare as could be,the lettuce brown and tomato mushy. Don't recommend this location. This place is not up to par with quality food. Has not been for a while at this location. There was a reason our family avoided it for long time hasn't changed.
The one in Avon is much better corporate owned.
Im not sure if people quit or were fired but this location has really fell off in the last couple weeks. The food has been cold for the last 4 times I've been there and they never seem to have what I want to order. I'm not sure what exactly happened but I hope they get it back together. I prefer arbys to the other fast food places. I always felt like their food was just better and more care went into preparing the food.
My $9.00 beef and cheddar had no cheese!
I attempted to go in the dining room and the door was locked. Just as I turned to walk away a gentleman walked out and let me in. I let the person behind me in also. I told the person behind the counter that the door was locked and he got an instant attitude and very rudely said "yeah, it supposed to be" I said oh there's no sign on the door to let anyone know. He then smuggly said "well you're already in here so go ahead" I said no that's fine, I'll leave" he then said "cool" I checked outside to see if I missed a sign but to the contrary, 2 large signs that say dining room now open! Sad to say customer service is dead, I'll never go back.
They get my order wrong everytime. I'm never wasting my time going back there again. Beef and cheddar is supposed to have cheddar on it.
This is the best Arby’s every time I go they always have great service and fresh food. They never disappoint even with the power outage they were patient and quick…shout out to Christian!
My son absolutely loves Arby’s, but this location is terrible. The morning staff ruins the experience they are so grouchy. It is definitely worth the time to just go to another location instead. This place needs to rethink their management and hiring team, because the staff as a whole reflects on poor management.
Well their milkshake but she works on a constant basis unlike some other fast food joints
