Pretty pissed. Especially after waiting for five minutes. Any you can tell the chicken was microwaved with the bun because of how piping hot it is. Even with a small portion that roast beef tasted disgusting. This is why you should never order food this late unless you watch them specifically make it fresh.
I wholeheartedly endorse the exceptional service at the 1202 N Walton Arby's location, which has become a second home to me. Despite my extensive travels and residence in numerous states, this team, led by the outstanding Melissa, truly stands out for their exceptional charisma and skill. Melissa's leadership is remarkable, combining speed and precision with personalized customer service, including recalling preferences and recommending new items. The team's warm and genuine welcomes, complete with big smiles and personalized greetings, make every visit a true delight. I am deeply appreciative of their tireless efforts in consistently providing flawless experiences and sincerely wish that all establishments could replicate this level of service excellence.
As fast food goes, Arby's is a step above because of all their meat ???? menu choices. I went specifically to try the Big Game Burger ???? made with equal parts Venison , Elk and Beef. It had Swiss cheese ???? , pickles lettuce, onion strings, and a cherry ???? steak sauce (mine was without the sauce, but I did add a big dollop of horsey sauce). The burger ????is pretty big and slightly gamey in taste. It was very good. I would go back and have it again.
I'm not a big fan of fast food. However, this Arby's is very clean and staff are very friendly. I did like their chicken nuggets and curly fries ????
The food was hot and good, the service friendly and reasonably fast, the restaurant was clean. One could hardly ask for more.
Asst. Manager was verbally combative and when I asked to speak to her supervisor she hung up on me!
Chicken sandwich was cold, did not have the toppings I asked for, at it’s thickest point it was less than the thickness of a pencil, sandwich had a 3” long hair on it!
She told me I should have brought it back, I told her we had driven to a park 3. By miles away her response you should’ve came back I am not responsible for anything that has left the restaurant. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she hung up the phone on me!!!
The staff here is really cool, and not just occasionally, ALL the time. Always in a great mood and focused on great customer services. It's the one place I prefer to go inside to order my food instead of going thru the drive thru.
The service was amazing and the food was fresh, the employee that helped us was super nice and helpful. If the owners are reading this Leslie deserves a raise
