Ordered through the app and my food was ready on time. I went because they brought back the potato cakes which I haven’t had for 6 years. I wish they would leave them on the menu. They are sooooo good. Employee was friendly and restaurant was clean. I also used a deal on the app for 50% off. My daughter got the chicken strips and curly fries.
Everytime I've come to this location if they're busy or not...it's always clean! The people are always nice, the food is always fresh and good and I appreciate that type of service in a fast food restaurant. Good job and other fast food restaurants should/could learn something from you all.
Arby's turkey wrap is a newer addition to the menu. It was delicious and freshly prepared with a generous portion of turkey alongside tomato slices and greens. It is definitely one of the healthier options that I have seen on a fast food menu in a long time. I also had some Arby's curly fries as they are consistently one of my favorite fries served anywhere. Arby's employees did a great job properly wearing face masks and gloves, which made drive thru pickup feel safe during the pandemic. Well done, Arby's!
I tried the Arby's Burger and ate it on my drive home. It was thicker than a usual burger and I was anxious to try it. While I was waiting at a light not too far from home, i looked at the burger that was 2/3 already eaten and saw blood red meat fully uncooked. That's never something I've seen from fast food. I'll go back to the roast beef sandwich.
The food was good tasting but my wagyu burger was missing the onions which I always get on every burger and our curly fries were a bit sparce especially for a large.
Although I like their sandwiches, their prices are among the highest. For that reason, I rarely eat here.
I always order the French dip with extra aju sauce. Not once have I ever been charged extra for a second cup of aju. Today the lady charged me $0.69. Since when did they start charging for a second cup of aju sauce? That was rather disappointing to me as was the lack of quality customer service.
This place just had a sad environment, like it's just barley hanging in. Most of the lights were off in the dining area, the bathrooms were out of service, and the food was just meh. Not good, not bad, just made wonder why I didn't eat at home.
