I stopped going to this establishment for a while after getting sick from a chicken sandwich and decided to give this place one more chance. Today I went and got 2 burger meals and the person taking my order was not listening at all. What happens next takes the cake, I get my food and look in the bag and its all there, but as soon as I get home my burgers had no buns.. if there was a bun shortage they could of told me or used a different bun. Get it together Arbys!
Ordered smokehouse brisket meal, see picture. Then I received a sandwich with no meat! Look at picture. I take it to the manager Robbie and he said they weigh the meat to ensure it's 3oz! I requested my money back and went to McDonald's near by. Guaranteed if Robbie made this sandwich for him self, it would be overflowing with meat, or at least it would resemble the picture as advertised!
Stood at counter for several minutes today and nobody would serve us. One female that looked like she was serving the counter wouldn't acknowledge us and instead went to the parking lot to clean out her friends car. One female working the window looked at us... the guy from the kitchen looked at us but nobody said a word as we stood there. The restaurant was empty. Maybe one car in the drive through. Restaurant full of racist employees I guess? Never go there again. You need to fire your staff.
They didn't make the jamoca shake properly. There was a little streak of chocolate on the side of the cup. Basically we ended up with vanilla shakes. They also forgot a sandwich that we paid for. We were dining in so he reluctantly gave me my sandwich. I made sure I paid for it by looking at the receipt.
Also, a young woman came in and stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes and they hadn't greeted her or acknowledged she was there. They kept their backs to her. To me, it is important to greet someone even if you can't get thier order right away.
Brisket had only a tiny dab of bbq sauce. Small curly fries was a mix of fry pieces that came out of the fryer. Only 1 curly fry.

In addition to fries as sides, there are many other side offerings including, mozzarella sticks, potato cakes, and others.
Arbys offers a nice alternative to hamburgers.
This location has wonderful service and a nice (clean) dining area.
Worst experience ever. They took my order, then asked me to repeat it- fine. I repeated it. Told me they no longer have Mac and cheese bites; also fine- but it’s advertised everywhere still. A very large poster advertising it on their menu at the drive thru. When I got to the window (I was the only person at the restaurant) they took a minute or two to come tell me the total. She put the order in as I sat there and then took my money. The order was incorrect and I let her know that- I wanted crinkle fries because their curly fries aren’t curly anymore and are terrible. She asked for them back- which is just fine- and said it will take a few minutes to make the crinkle. I took the curly fries and left. When I got where I was going, my sandwich was wrong! I ordered the double beef and cheddar and got a single. I paid almost $20 for this meal and it’s just not good. I miss when Arby’s was great! I will not be returning to this establishment anytime in the near future.
The food was more cold we went through the drive through and the first thing we saw was to people kissing and vaping on top of that we got there at 8:30 and left around 9:15. I would have just left but before I could they asked for my card around 8:40. They said the chicken was being cooked so I said it was fine then the girl dropped the meal on the ground and made me still pay for it and refused to make another one this is ridiculous. Im so sorry for people that come here.
