Was at the hospital with my sister and mother and decided to go to Arby's to grab us some food to go. Ordered two diet Cokes and one Coke with our meals. She gave me all three drinks but didn't pop the diet button so I had to taste every drink to find the coke since my mom and sis are diabetic. Not a big deal but she could have told me this one's Coke or something... She just seemed like she was just there for a paycheck during our whole interaction. But in no way is that going to make me stop going to Arby's. I don't go there to make friends I go there to get great food.
8/24/23 11:45am stopped in for lunch and ordered a Ruben combo. The sandwich was a little on the salty side as the fries were also. The sweet tea did not taste right either. The ketchup dispenser was out of ketchup. The restaurant was clean as well as the restroom.
Ok they are open to start with... very friendly and nice staff. Food was better than most Arby's. Very clean place, ofcource still has the new smell to it... It has the usual Arby's stuff. Concidering the location it might be a better option than other fair around the area. And as per a previous reviews about hobos living in the back that is simply not true, see the pics.
Swing and a miss! This location was not very good and the food was cold by the time I received it. I wish the customer service was better. They did not seem to be happy that I chose their location. Too bad because I typically like their food!
Arby's is usually great, but maybe this experience was just this location. It was the dinner hour, but they weren't that busy. They filled the orders of several customers who came in after me, plus they were busy with the drive through. It took about 20 minutes to get my fish and curly fries, by which time the fish was getting cold and was no longer at its peak. The curly fries were overcooked and hard to eat, so I didn't... The young man at the front counter was inexperienced, but was very nice. I'll do a different location next time.
Have had better food... but was OK for a quick bite on the way home.
Where's the meat? French Dips with little meat.
Way more concerned about the coupon expiration date.Hate to be made to feel your being a nuisance.They shave the beef to thick,I've asked for it to be shaved thin and the guy in the back gets loud saying it's already thin.One middle age or above was working the counter on day.I told him I get the half pound and if it's thick I throw it out...alot he went back and sliced it very thin was great,thank you for that.Havent seen him since to much care for customer service I suppose.
Went to Arby’s on Newberry Rd and got the Turkey bacon ranch sandwich. This is normally my favorite sandwich and the only thing I buy from Arby’s. I was literally given a sandwich with 2 half slices of meat on it!!! When I spoke with the manager, he refused to fix it and made excuses. Will never patronize Arby’s again!!!
Not to mention waiting for 20 minutes in the drive Thru before even ordering.
