Can’t really beat a big beef and cheddar when you don’t want traditional fast food. This is like the closest (and practically only) Arby’s near where I stay so I figured I’d review it. It was a little under $12 for a double beef and cheddar meal. They have 3 different zero sugar drink options which nice. My only issue was I asked for my fries well done and they weren’t. Hopefully, they get it right next time. FUN FACT: Most people don’t know why it’s named Arby’s. It’s a phonetic spelling of the abbreviation R.B.’s. (Roast Beef’s)
Went to Arby's for dinner today, but it was worse than eating out of a trash can. I ordered a fish sandwich. It was cold and had too much mayonnaise drips. The bread was old, it looks went through hell. I brought the sandwich back with one bite and reported it to the cashier. Just like the cashier, there was no emotion. No I'm sorry I will make you another one, just went off to the cooker and said to him the fish is cold, I can hear cooker saying make another one, then she took forever, I have to leave, other customers were standing there, I asked him if want a fish sandwich, he said yes, and I tell the cashier to give my fish sandwich to customers for free.
He was happy.. I wasn't.
This Arby's is always clean, quick, and professional. The food comes up fast but doesn't appear rushed. For fast food things like the mozzarella sticks and Mac n cheese bites are always delicious. The food is always hot which makes it more delightful. I've never had an issue in the numerous times I've been here.
I am so surprised that the free sandwich promo can have so many choices! So I chose the gyro for free????????????
And the food was so good!!! Just the worker seemed not enough but they still tried their best to serve everyone as soon as possible ????
Arby's disappointed with a clear case of false advertisement—what I received barely resembled the product pictures. The taste was passable, though quite bland, requiring a liberal application of sauce, salt, and pepper. The curly fries were acceptable but unfortunately served cold.
I like to say that Arby's is to roast beef as Tootsie Rolls are to chocolate: like none you've had before but delicious anyway.
I don't think that is a fair analogy, as Arby's is real roast beef, while Tootsie Rolls are almost like a chocolate-flavored gum. But I digress.
The last (or one of the last) Arby's in the area is on the Berlin Turnpike in Newington. Today, I found myself in that area and decided to stop for lunch. I got the #2 Double meal with curly fries and a beverage, and, as noted above, it was delicious.
The place was clean, the service was fast and friendly, the cashier was very helpful, and the meal was only $11 and change.
Can't beat that.
My 1st time eating at this restaurant and it won't be our last!! Great customer service! Great value for your dollar! Healthy choices is a big draw for me and they had many!! Food was fresh ,served hot and C-19 guidelines was followed. Clean and welcoming dining area coaxed us to dine in. Enjoyed our lunch stop with plenty of parking and they have a drive thur also . I'm putting this place in my number one box of budget friendly, healthy choices, Best CUSTOMER SERVICE!,,clean and safe dining,category. LOVED IT!!!
Was my first time here and it was amazing no doubt. Ordered smokehouse brisket with the meal and it was fantastic. Burger was so fresh and juicy (a bit small in size for me) but whatever. Order was quickly served. Do Dine in or takeout whatever you like. Definitely coming back next time to try more signature sandwiches.
