Best WLM Reviews
Food was good service could definitely be better.
No greeting , no smile, negative attitude just an unfriendly vibe.
It's fast food , I get it but no need to be rude and dismissive.
I'll be back but will just go through the drive through next time.
Best Arby's in the USA. Cierra and Vernell are absolute sweethearts! This is the best place for a quick and yummy stop for food when traveling out of the keys.
The customer service that you receive at this Arby's is the most terrible customer service in the entire keys. The ladies taking your order always have an attitude and when you bring it to the manager's attention they have an attitude as well.
I have been a local for 18 years and for at least the last few years this place has gone downhill bigt time. The one manager Felicia is nasty and had the nerve to tell me that if I don’t like the service why do I come back. Well living in the keys it’s not like there’s more than one Arby’s to choose from but after her last comment I am going to call corporate and I. Will not be returning. I suggest if you like to be treated respectfully and like your order made not only correct you choose another fast food restaurant!
I've been to this Arby's location many times over the last few years and I have to say today it was spectacular. I don't know if they have new management or just new leadership. But the store was spotless the bathroom is spotless the prep area behind the counter was spotless every table was clean. Food was as expected good as always. I definitely recommend coming here at this point
I placed my order and everything was fine I got my receipt and noticed it said jalapeño slider and I told the lady she made a mistake and she’s like no I told them to make an normal slider! I get a few minutes down the road pass my son his food and then hear screaming his mouth is on fire because there is a handful of jalapeños on his slider!
Excellent roast beef sandwiches!!! Bonus, in Key Largo there are roosters chilling in the parking lot because apparently that's what roosters do in the Florida Keys... Also it was super clean and cashier's were very friendly and efficient.
I always stop at this Arby's and the service is always great. Wether I'm buying 10 roast beef sandwiches as soon as the open or showing up before they close, the food is always consistently fresh and hot.
This visit I had the fish sandwich on the Hawaiian King sweet bun. Excellent!
