Gonna have to brag about the service I received this evening. Saturday nights are usually tough for restaurants, but the staff made it look easy. Michael was exceptional, friendly, easy to understand, and thorough with my families order. So much so that I was caught off guard because the other surrounding restaurants are hit or miss every single time. Michael has a work ethic and approach that is second to none. The food quality, pricing, and timing were far above average. And although I was in the drive thru, I could see into a clean and well kept dining area. I hope management sees this and acknowledges how well the team does their job. Will absolutely be returning.
By far the beat Arby’s i have been to, skip the one in fort O just go to this one. Orders are correct food is not smashed and the associates are friendly. Keep up the good work team!
I went in tonight to order food, the cashier Spencer didn't even say hello, can I take your order or anything he just stood there staring. I order my food, he didn't tell me the price, I paid and he walked away. I get my food, ask for extra sauce got 1 packet of sauce. I get home and the curly fries are stale, the drink tastes like sugar water, and the sandwich is nasty ???? and made me sick. Will never go back, definitely don't recommend ????????
The lady that took care of my order was sweet and fast. But I will say I walked in to get a milkshake and one of the employees working the drive through coughed in someone’s bag as she was getting their order ready and had the nerve to turn around and cough on the fries and wipe her nose all while never having gloves on never washing her hands or never sanitizing them. I get it I work in health care and we are human we get sick but be so forreal, you work around FOOD put a mask on !
I'm not from here but I will absolutely visit again based solely on the incredible customer service I received today! The young lady at the front counter went above and beyond to make my visit a 10/10!
Please be careful when ordering food. The person at the front counter on 9/5/24 @ 8pm, is rude and extremely unprofessional. Turnover was ice cold, as if he just took it out of the freezer. Milk shake made me vomit. I'm not sure if his problem was with me being African American, but I'll never come back.
Great generous portions of food, awesome staff well connected to there customers needs. Awesome overall experience.. Will be back!!
Went to this Arby's location for the second time in recent history, thinking the first experience was a fluke. Nope. The last time, the tast of the Dr Pepper was just bad. I thought the syrup was out or some other temporary problem, so no problem. Today, 6/9, I think the staff was having a bad day. I thought the person taking my order was a little rude, but I let that go. When I pull up and get my soda, I tasted it, and it was disgusting again. I told the gray-headed woman at the register about it, and she roughly said "well, you want something else?!" I asked for sweet tea. She shuts the window and checks the syrup, it's full, and she yells something back at the staff and proceeds to make the teas. That's when I see something thrown from the back kitchen area and the other cashier's eyes got big. Anyways, I get the sweet tea... it literally tasted like drinking plastic. Disgusting. I don't know what's up with the drinks here, but they're all gross. To make it worse, the food was lukewarm.
