A quick stop on my way to a "rescue" situation.
I wanted some quick nutrition and asked for a roast beef "double" on pita bread, and they came through with flying colors.
I sauced it up the way I like it, and it was an easy to eat quick shot of protein. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and that is including the restroom break, which may have necessitated the stop ????
I know I could have taken it with me, but I'm at an age that I no longer like to gobble things down and not remember what I ate. Food and service were both better than I was expecting.
I just picked up an order from Arby's on RT 60 next to Wendy. Normally, they have great sandwiches. This order of 1. 1/2 lb Roast beef is the worst Arby's sandwiche I have ever had in my entire life, and I'm 62 years old. The meat tasted old and burnt and the bun was wet. I give this as fair warming to future customers. Serving this type of sandwich to your customers will cost you in the end as I myself will never again spend a penny at that location. Extremely dissatisfied.
I had the BBQ brisket sandwich and it was amazingly delicious!!! ???? The only issue and it really wasn't an issue was that there were not many people there at the time. My date and I did enjoy the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It would have been nice and romantic to maybe have some soft music playing in the background.
The food was alright. Tasted like the oil needed changed but wasn't awful. Service was a bit slow.
Overall good experience. Used the drive thru, it was quick, my food was hot and order was correct. Window attendant was polite and hospital as you'd expect from anywhere you're paying money to eat at, no matter how up or low scale said place may be. Appropriate food service behavior should always be expected and displayed at ALL restaurants, like I said, no matter how cheap or expensive the place may be.

Ordered two Turkey ,bacon ranch sandwiches.the worst bread ever.very dry.i get these all the time at 5th ave location and are always good.too expensive for poor service
usually i love this restaurant and frequent quite often but i will NOT be after this, and i advise others not to visit this location either. today i got the chicken sandwich and when i got home i opened my sandwich and found what i guess to be BEARD HAIRS in my sandwich. it was absolutely disgusting and has to be a health violation, they should either maintain their hair or at the very least wear hair nets which i can’t imagine that they were. i guess now i’ll have to drive all the way to the 5th ave location from now on. incredibly disappointing.
