For fast-food, this Arby’s is pretty solid. They rarely mess up an order & the restaurant is clean. The food has always been pretty darn good too. Gabby is very pleasant. :)
Got roast beef &cheddar sandwiches curly fries. Food was great. The only thing I didn’t like was the condiment bar was closed. I had to keep asking for ketchup.
Worse Arby's ever! And I love Arby's. The management here is terrible. They have gotten my order wrong 50% of the time. On my absolute last visit, i told them my order was wrong. They put sauce on my sandwich that i requested they not. I gave it back. They changed my bottom Bun with sauce residue on the rest of the sandwich. I gave it back again. They asked me to pull forward then walked to my car and gave me the same sandwich. They won't give you a receipt because they know they'll get bad reviews. Too many bad experiences here. 2 thumbs down!!
Ordered the Diablo chicken sandwich, received a raw piece of chicken. This will be the reason I never go to Arbys ever again. The audacity they have to serve food like this to paying customers is concerning if they even care about what and how they serve food. The reason given by the owner of this specific Arby’s was that a “new person” was on the fryer and pulled the chicken early. This is beyond disgusting and it quite literally made me puke. Please look at the pictures. Google won’t let me give the 0 stars they deserve.
The people who work there don't even know what they are selling. Just spent 24 dollars to liar who works there.no wonder they only offer drive thru and won't answer the phone . I've been eating here for years at least twice a week, but the new night sucks clueless. NEVER WASTE MY MONEY HERE AGAIN. NO ONE HERE CARES
The food is good if you’re able to get it. Systems are down most of the time, even if people are inside eating. Often closed during hours that they’re supposed to be open. I’ve been able to obtain food on about 20% of my visits. One of those times we only received half of our order. Save yourself time and go somewhere else.
Edit: 2 months later and got the “systems are down” excuse again. Don’t go here.
Great team chemistry, all work together and all have very nice manners. Also food was fresh and hot.
I checked online to see business hours before driving to Arby’s Schoenherr & Canal location, MI. Online it said they closed at 9:30. When I got to the location there were signs everywhere saying, “open late.” There was also a sign on the drive thru menu stating, open until 10 pm on week days. I went at 9:00 pm. All Lights were on and no one working. How extremely misleading/confusing to say you are open late until 10 o’clock. That is lying.
Three other cars tried to go thru the drive thru and had no service like myself, when they should be open for another hour. Be aware Arby’s business hours online and at the locations are not accurate whatsoever. Something should be done about this.
