Best WLM Reviews
This Arby’s is one of the best in the state. The staff are always in a great mood and friendly. The food seems fresher and the sandwiches are not just slapped together like most fast food joints. I always ordered a specific sandwich turkey, bacon and ranch substitute chicken. This combination is so delicious and the staff never question my order whereas most Arby’s have no clue what to do. I always ring the bell on the way out to show my appreciation for their great work.
Restaurant is kept clean and neat. If you know Arby's, you know the menu and it's done well here. Always try out the new items they have, good stuff. Lobby had been closed for a while but is open for dine in again. Staff were friendly and made the ordering experience pleasant.
They were unable to make a transaction for me due to only having a 100$ bill and a 10 and a handful of 1s my order came out to 23 something and when I arrived i was very politely informed they were unable to make the transaction due to shortage of bills. The manager not sure of his name was able to give me a discount and take off a hefty chunk off the total so i was able to still buy my meal for me and my daughter. I appreciate the hospitality and kind gesture as he said to pay it forward i will make sure i do that. Keep up the great work never been disappointed at this location and im not even much of an arbys fan just happens to be convenient as i work and live very close by. Kindness is very hard to come by but this proves it still does exist!!
This Arby's seems to be having trouble staying available. For a while I would go and I thought it was closing -- just a staffing issue. Then I would go and only the drive through would be open. The other day I thought it was closed. It was 6 pm and all the chairs in the store were turned upside down like they had mopped, but the drive through was open. I ordered and the cashier had trouble making change. When I got home I realized he had shorted me $5.00. I called the Manager and she said she would call me the following day after she had counted the drawer receipts. I had to go back over to the store but she made it right.
I will still keep giving this store a chance since the food is always good but ???
Was bummed out because I loved Arby’s through the years.. as it turns out, it’s just so happen to be an off night for the team at Arbys at the Plymouth location. I tried getting a hold of them and tweeting the management with photos of my order. No answer no reply nothing. I was quite surprised especially that I tweeted and tried contacting Arby’s customer service and had no response. Take a look at the photos below and you recognize why I was a little bummed out of my food order. It would be nothing to be proud of I thought the owner of that particular Arby’s was want to know what kind of product delivered .
Went through the drive through tonight and the staff were so kind and funny. The guy working the drive through window was so positive and polite and funny, and BEYOND KIND!
Arby's, slow service and the brisket was not put together well.
Fries were fresh and it was still Arby's tho.
Used the drive thru and received excellent customer service and delicious food!
