First off. I love Arby's and I love their Beef n Cheddar sandwiches. Got two. As always excellent. I always add an extra touch of Arby's sauce and their Horsey sauce. Makes a great sandwich even better.
Very nice young lady named Liz was our cashier. Pleasant, professional, polite, prompt.
Great experience. I know, only fast food but Liz made it special to us.
After being "that customer" and going pretty close to closing time - I couldn't even tell. The team was so friendly and the food was HOT and FRESH. There was a wait, as there always is with FRESH food, so I will never complain about that. Overall one of the better Arby's I've been to.
I didn't get the sandwich I ordered but it was good and it was too far to go back and complain.
I don't understand why they don't salt the classic fries.
The food was hot and good. I do have to say that I purchased three ducks for $6, but the receipt stated that they were $1 each. ????♀️

Other than it taking a while to be served, everything was good. The Loaded Chicken Bacon Ranch Mac & Cheese was well prepared, freshly cooked, and tasty! The Chocolate Mint Milkshake is also a good choice for those who don't worry about sugar and calories.
Ordered online for takeout. Didn't get the sandwich I ordered and I wasn't going to drive back. Also sandwich looked like it had been through a hydraulic press it was so flat. Fries were cold and greasy and my drink was watered down. They also played some religious radio station very loudly. Really annoying.
This location is not consistent at all!! One day it might be fresh then the next is awful and old food! I am giving up after today!!
Griffin was great at customer service. He was outstanding and knew what he was talking about with Arby meals and meal deals. He is definitely manager material and at least deserves a good raise. Great employee and representative of Arbys.
