Second time this month I order a beef and cheddar with no damn cheddar….. explain yourself You really know how to piss off pregnant people!

I’ve always loved Arby’s food, especially their Reuben sandwich and curly fries. Their apple turnovers are a real treat, too! However, I’ve been really disappointed with the service recently. Even when I make it clear—sometimes twice—that I plan to dine in, they still hand me my order in a to-go bag. I end up trying to place all my food on a tray made from the to-go bag to avoid making a mess and unnecessary work for the employees.
As someone who used to work at Arby’s, I always went above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and ensure they enjoyed their time there. It’s frustrating that this is a recurring issue, and it makes me feel like customer care is no longer a priority at this location. I hope that my feedback would make a difference, but I’m starting to feel that Arby’s may not be my first choice for fast food anymore. It’s disappointing to see the standard of service fall short of what I once took pride in delivering.
Went in around 8PM, sign states open until 10 so I decided to eat inside rather then to go. Stood in the empty line for about 2 minutes while I only saw one employee walking around the floor talking on the phone on a Bluetooth headset (I assumed he was on break since he watched me park, get out, and walk inside but still stayed seated talking on the phone while I stood in line). He then came up to the counter, didn't say a word to me but continued to talk on the phone. I just started ordering with nothing being said back to me other them him pointing at the card reader to swipe my card. Then doesn't hand me a receipt, a drink, nothing, just walks back from behind the counter and continues his phone call walking around the floor the whole time I was eating in there. I also witnessed two other customers come in while I was eating who tried to flag him down for service, only to see him give them the "one minute" finger. Food was decent, but the customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!! As I sit in my car typing this he is still pacing around the room while a lady is standing at the counter now.
Well, I can give them a little Grace because they are under a boil, water advisory period and they are letting everyone know that all that they can do is bottled water or milkshakes, and that’s fine but they are literally only doing one order at a time. I sat at the intercom In the drive-through for 15 minutes before my order was even taken. And I don’t mean waiting in line at the drive-through I mean sitting at the intercom. If somebody only has a 30 minute lunch, this is definitely not the place to come.
We had a bit of a wait to order and a long wait for the food, but they made it fresh for us. The employees were nice and helpful and the restaurant was very clean.
FRIED TURKEY SANDWICH taste wasn't enjoyable. Curly Qs old and cold. Drink was gross too. SMH. Visit Arbys every 10 yrs, reminded again why.
I had to try their Prime Rib Cheese steak sandwich meal. The sandwich was tasty with a good amount of cheese. The hoggie sub roll was soft like I like it. The crinkle fries were tasty but the blue Ocean drink wasn't that great.
