Firstly, I would like to say that I don’t even wanna give it one star secondly, I don’t think this lady realizes that I work down the road and I’m a regular there so she’ll have to see me again in the future anyway here’s my experience; the lady who was working the counter told me her name was Keisha or Risha I have no idea and I think she gave me a fake name. Anyways she was very very rude to me and I came in and greeted her and smiled and said I’m here to pick up my pick up order no rush or anything She gave me a dirty look. Then once she went to go get the order she said I need your last name and she said it in a very nasty and annoyed tone. Then I told her my last name and she pretty much Shoved my food towards me. And so I said I hope your day gets better because you’ve got a bad attitude and then she got raised her voice and said no you’ve got a attitude and I said no you do and you’re being so rude to me and then she called me the B word and kept saying stuff towards me while I was walking out of the door I’ve never had a worst customer service experience. I called Arby’s when I get back to work and then she answered and said she was the supervisor which I don’t believe because I would call and she put the phone down and act like I wasn’t on the phone anymore and this happened 3 times before I finally gave up now I’m reporting this and I’m gonna also going to corporate. She literally would answer and put the phone down and talk about me to our coworker I clearly heard her lying saying that I was in the drive-through first of all I was never in the Drive-through. I walked in to get a Pick up order. This lady Risha or Keisha hates her job and she does not need to be in customer service whatsoever!
While waiting on our food, there was an argument between a coworker and a Manger (something happen with an order) they was going back in forth. The guy the works on the line was confused what happened to my order he was so kind. Once I got home with my food I was missing an item for my French dip and it was soggy, and my grandmother crispy chicken was burnt. It was black (we cut in half and it was bad) (picture shown). I will never return to this place. I feel bad for the customers who was int he drive thru hearing all this, but also I get the frustration because I worked in fast food so I get it but not yelling at each other making a scene. Wasted 40 dollars for food the was unbearable to eat. Never again.
Nothing but crust for a "chicken sandwich" asked specifically for no tomatoes but added then anyway. If I was allergic I would have eaten them just to sue. asked twice about the shake flavor and never got it but added an extra slider I didn't ask for. When asked about my order he just grunted and stared at me. I will be sure to go out of my way to not come back to this Arby's
I have visited inside 2 times in last few weeks. They are extremely slow and unorganized, they don’t wait on the counter for up to 5 mins, they act like they are brand spanking new, and I can’t believe people actually keep coming here. It is one of the worst fastfood restaurants in Louivsille and we work all around town. I walked out without an order after waiting while she was doing what seemed like nothing important. The last visit I waited forever and they were so confused where my food went lost to so they remade it.
Horrible experience. Cashier and drive thru lady was nasty, rude. She TOTALLY lacked the listening skills that would afford me the opportunity to to place a simple order for my autistic son. This was a congratulatory gift for winning his football game that day. I placed the order and she still got it wrong. Drove 13 miles home to discover the sandwich that was ordered PLAIN W/PICKLES ONLY!! was a sloppy, drippy mess..I just threw it in the trash... This location will soon close just like the others if they keep going like this..see pictures below
This experience was absolutely abhorrent. Went thru the drive thru, waited quite a bit before anyone answered (np, there were 3 cars ahead of me), tried to order mozzarella sticks & jalapeño poppers and told 'we don't have any. I'm about to close, we have what we have.' Though after I got my order I looked at my phone and it was 10:24pm. Online & posted on the window, it says 11 was closing. Even after all this I was fine until I got home to eat. My fried were warm at best (I live less than 2 miles away) My beef & cheddar was cold (meat & bread) and was just a dismal amount of beef. The photo has horsey sauce I put on the sandwich. Do better! If my food was correct, I wouldn't have complained.
Terrible service, the drive-through operator was having a discussion with an employee, and I had to repeat myself multiple times. Just to get food that was almost inedible due to the grease and old onions.
The floor in front of the counter was sticky. My wife said the ketchup stand needed cleaning. A couple of minutes after we sat down to eat, someone yelled from the back DON'T EAT THOSE FRIES!!! JUST THROW THOSE AWAY!! They made me a new order of fries. There were 2 women arguing in the back. You could hear them from the dinner room because the dining room was dead. When we left, someone was leaning across the counter on their cell phone . It wasn't one of the better visits at an Arby's
