Food was really good and people were really nice. Chicken sandwich warmed well to eat. Arby's Curly fries are always my favorites!! Also they have really great prices for them. Highly Recommend.
I ordered 3 buffalo sliders and usually when I order it be a nice piece of chicken on the bun. I’m not sure what happened this time but I didn’t get that this time. It’s so small and I feel like I deserve what I paid for. It’s like they just got lazy and just slapped some on it. Like they broke a tender and used the pieces on both. I’m highly disappointed.
If I could give a half of a star I would. Look at both pictures. One is what the sandwich suppose to look like and the other one in my hand is what I received. I just spent nearly $60 at the Arby’s on Zelda Rd for dinner for my family and all of our food looked like this. I just didn’t want to take more photos of this disappointment.
Okay this is absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. I ate my entire meal and drank my entire drink before I happened to glance down and see this roach mushed up to the top of my lid. This is so gross I feel like I can feel this nastiness in my throat. They said they would return my money and I am driving up there tomorrow to get a refund but it does not even begin to alleviate the nastiness I feel in my throat right now.
This was my first time visiting this Arby's. The beef and cheddar sandwiches were prepared perfectly. Never in my life have I seen an employee dispose of French fries that sat around too long. And it was the manager who did that. I ordered two small crinkle cut fries and he dropped them fresh. The manager and the woman working with him were two of the most pleasant employees I have ever conducted business with in any fast food restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this Arby's today, 11 May 2024.
Always messing up peoples food and then the night crew always has an attitude if you are not sure what someone ordered just ask. If you don’t like your job take that out on your manager.
Came thru when they were just about closed no attitude still had everything very polite I even left a tip best Arby’s in the city give those young men a raise !
I guess Arby's have certain times when they fix your food great and others times when they just not feeling it.
