Had to wait a while for my food even after placing my order ahead of time on the app. Didn't get an apple juice I ordered with a kids meal. The honey mustard chicken wrap is terrible! Chicken was tiny and hard as a rock.
Good food! I had the French dip sandwich and it's very good! Sorry, I again ate it before taking a picture Lol ????! My husband had the Reuben... not one I would eat, but hey, he's a guy so what do we expect ????!
Well, we ate at Arby's again today, and it was still good! I actually took some pictures today...yay ME!
If I wanted this kind of service, I'd go to Burger King! On 10/13/24 8pm I order a Beef N Cheddar for $7.80 and ONLY got roast beef as pictured.
After a 14 minute wait at the drive up I was really disappointed with what I received. They use shave the roast beef just perfect. But this time I had four sandwiches that were just grounded down to nothing. It was so fine that it was falling off the buns. It may be a while before I ever return!
Very courteous customer service associates. Food practically prepared fresh and warm. Ambiance very invigorating. To be succinct, customer service experience was splendid.
11:24 buddy and i pull in and we order 20 roast beef sliders yes lotta food. We just got off work hadn't ate, we thought hot cheap food heck yeah!!! Cheese wasn't melted on sandwiches it was cold and yes 20 is a lot but we work at a factory so we paid $34.34 and my buddy is so disappointed we won't ever come back!!
Place was dirty. Really bad. Greasy floors, food everywhere. Looked like nothing had been cleaned in quite some time.
Tables had grease on them, the fountain drink dispenser had grease on them, the pumps for the sauces had grease on the handles.
The bathrooms looked as if that hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time.
And if the dining area looks like this, I can only imagine what the kitchen area looks like where they prep the food.
Roast beef is covered in grease and oil.
Roast beef doesn’t need oil, because it’s roasted.
Hence the name, Roast Beef.
Sandwiches were cold and fires were undercooked.
There wasn’t a manager in sight.
Just younger kids running the place it seems.
It’s a shame, this restaurant use to be sooo good.
Pretty terrible now.
Won’t be returning.
Pulled me space with no one in line, made me wait forever for 2 medium fries, unfriendly staff, didn’t ask if I wanted sauces
