Anthony T. is exceptional. He is very friendly and respectful. He was courteous to offer the Greek gyro because it is his favorite, it's delicious. He was appreciative of my military service and offered me a discount. The entire staff was genuine and helpful, 5 stars. The store was very clean. All of my food was hot and made when I ordered. Next time I will order the burger, which is different for Arby's!
2/25/24 12:05 pm ordered a beef and cheddar double. Got it to my truck and it had entirely too much cheese on it, and the whole sandwich was barely warm. C-mon Arbys make it like you would eat it. A barely warm beef and cheddar really sucks. And with entirely too much cheese.
0 STARS! Arby’s ran out of meats. Ironic right? Not only that, when they ran out, they gave us chicken tenders instead 30 minutes later without offering a refund apology or anything. When I went up to the counter to ask about a refund for the difference, they told me I owed THEM money. She said she was an assistant manager named Jessica (I think the name part was a lie because her name tag looked like Anna or Hannah) so if this is Arby’s management that reflects their company, Arby’s will no longer get my family’s or my business ever again.
Cashier that took the order was quiet and did not greet or seem like he was happy. No problem didn’t need him to really talk, he took my order and he said thank you gave me my cups. Then I got the drinks made waited for my orders. Not friendly at all didn’t even look up once. At the time I made my order I was the only person there. I got my order and asked for sauces she gave me 2 packets for an order of 4 combos. I politely asked for more sauces and some mayo and ketchup. Again she gave me 4 packets of ketchup and 2 packets of mayo. I said thank you but this is not enough ketchup for 4 large combos. She still was unpleasant. I smiled and said thank you for your service and smiled but she wouldn’t know that cause again she never looked up. When I open our food I got the broth with the roast beef sandwich and the broth was cold. I am pissed because we are traveling and have had Arby’s for our trip and it was always good with good service but not at this place. I’m so aggravated and hungry.
It's wild I've stopped here 30 times over the past year at different times of day and night seams like there always doing shif change and can't make any food
Employee taking my order had to ask me to repeat myself several times because she kept turning around to talk to other employees while I was ordering... Nothing was stocked by the drink station. Facility was clean and food was good though.
Arby's used to be a favorite of mine and my family's, but not anymore. They've started cutting corners to save money, including their "large" drinks are actually just mediums.
Their intercom breaks sometimes, they close drive through sometimes, and they almost always ask me to pull forward past the window so it doesn't affect their time quota when I have to wait a moment. However, they're usually pretty fast and accurate with my order, and there are a few employees who are good at customer service.
The place is nice, new, and clean. If you like Arby’s, this is the place for you.
