I ordered classic roast beef and curly fries. The fries were over cooked and cold not to sure how that happens, but it did the sandwich was good but very stingy with the arbys sauce 1 packet was not enough for the roast beef.
Just stopped in this evening craving mac & cheese bites and roast beef. At 9:08pm, walked up to a locked door when it's supposed to be open til 10pm. Couldn't even do the drive-through due to hauling a horse trailer. The lights were on and people inside, but all doors locked to customers. Might want to check your staff over!
Good, consistent food. A really nice lady ran out food out (we had to pull to the side to wait on mozzarella sticks). We realized that they had forgotten one of our drinks. She was apologetic and ran the drink right out to us.
Stopped for a meal while traveling. This place is spotless. The food is high quality.
Best of all, the staff is super friendly and efficient. Wish this Arby’s was in my home town!
The meat (especially chicken) never tastes fully cooked or its rubbery/stale. But we love the fries and milkshakes. Prices are high now too. Workers are always very friendly thou.
It's really hard to enjoy a half pound roast beef sandwich, when the meat is cut into little pieces. 1/3 of the meat fell out of the sandwich while trying to eat it. All 3 sandwiches were like this. First time Arby's has done this to me.
The shift depends. usually evening is so much better. The manager Jan is not nice to her employees or guest.
Ate lunch here on a Wednesday. The staff was very friendly and restaurant clean, including the restroom. Ordered a classic meal and was impressed with the pile of meat on the classic. Fries were crispy and hot.
As a general rule, I don't use drive thru's do to opportunity for errors. I like to be able to check my order before leaving, plus I'm not a fan of eating in a car. Nice place to eat.
