Best WLM Reviews
I understand the place is always super slow, always forgetting an ingredient in a burger, but to not even fully cook something even after taking longer than needed to make a small order. I mean there's a step by step to follow. I go every few months hoping they've fixed their flaws, but I'm going to just keep driving to columbia to get my non-health code violating Arby's.
Staff was wonderful great place for a quick bite to eat..
One thin price of meat, a few shreds of sour kraut and the rest is bread. I know the cost of food is gone up but this is ridiculous to pay $12 for a meal and get no meat
The food was pretty standard as Arby's is a chain and any Arby's you go to, the food pretty much tastes like the last Arby's you were at; however, the staff was super nice on this particular occasion, which was saturday night around 7 p m.
The dining room and the bathroom were very clean. The entrance was wide, handicapped accessible. I didn't see a dirty table in place. The drink machine was freshly cleaned. Kudos to the staff for keeping the restaurant appearing very clean and well maintained.
I LOVE the gyros! And I was so pleasantly surprised when I went inside this location and found it to be beautifully clean!! ???? The staff were friendly and helpful when I used a coupon.
Saturday 16 Mar ‘24 lunch. Order online y’all for great deals! Ordered three roast beef sliders and a four piece mozzarella sticks and paid less than $5 including tax. Was hot, fresh, and delicious. Service was awesome. Received exactly what I ordered when promised. Perfect transaction.
Ordered a fish sandwich and it had a plastic in it. Went to location for refund the manager on duty acted as if I was bothering her and did offer an apology.
Used the drive thru and communication was easy didn't have to repeat it.
Reasonable time from start to order delivered, but they didn't give any extra sauce nor was any offered.
Had they either provided extra sauce or ask if any was needed would have gotten them a better rating.
