Came home with my first ever order at Arby's....and, we'll, look at the pic. Crusty, overcooked and greasy. Yuck! Afraid to eat there again.
The employees are pleasant but there is still no dine in. I stopped to try one of the new burgers this time, I'm not impressed. The flavors are there but texture was offputting. I'll stick to juicy bar burgers elsewhere. I do really love the crinkle fries though! Ill continue to visit this location, I just won't get a burger.
Came here around noon on a Saturday through the drive thru. Ordered two of the classic roast beef meals medium. I was told to pull off to the side because they were waiting for fries. They come out about 5 minutes later and give me the food. Drove about 30 minutes away to eat at a park. I pull out the fries and the containers are not even half full. Nobody was eating them on the way either.
Why bother asking if someone wants a small, medium, or large or have them wait on fries just to get short changed. I don’t care how busy you are you still need to give people what they paid for.
Giving only two stars because on their app, April was free sandwich month. However when we got to the store, the app wasn't working. We were told the app was down yesterday too and around the same time. This is during prime dinner time. How convenient that the app would be down during prime dinner time.
I was told it could go back up and I could come back later. Not convenient.
1) To the Arbys Corp -Do not advertise for something you can't deliver.
2) To The manager at this store. If I was the manager I would want to give good customer service. I would apologize that the app was down and as long as they ordered something I would have honored the free coupon and let them pick the sandwich of their choice..... This is how you retain customers. Just saying.
This is a really good Arby's. The food is always in my mind pretty much perfect. The manager is very involved and always asks what I'm waiting for when I go in after placing a mobile order. He always checks on customers that are in the restaurant to make sure everything is okay. I appreciate the attention he pays to what's going on in his restaurant.
Good food, good service, good location. This is an excellent Arby’s. People that work here are organized, friendly, and efficient. It is a very good Arby’s.
It's a roll of the dice when you show up if they will be open. Very unreliable hours. The staff is friendly and the food is good. My beef is spending time taking the whole family's order, driving to the store, and be greeted often by a sign (see photo) that the store is closing early.
The new fried turkey BLT was great! I'll be ordering this again.
