They took my order if that counts as customer service. The food should have been thrown in the trash hours before it was given to my family. I always regret fast food!
I've never had a bad experience at this Arby's and today was no exception the cashier was pleasant and kind everything was fast hot and delicious.
Very good! Best Arbys I had in a looonnng time. Plus convenititly located near the hotel's and the freeway .
Very clean and nice Arby’s, a few of the tables were dirty but overall it is absolutely immaculate, had a chicken salad and the jalapeño bites with cream cheese, the salad was very fresh and crisp & the jalapeño bits were also good.
Food came out in a timely manner. Definitely one of the nicest if not the nicest Arby’s I’ve ever been to
Food is fresh and hot. Service is kind and attentive. We like to go to this location because it is convenient. The landscaping is pleasant and they keep it up well.
Nothing to complain about. It was alright. Cheap menu, close to hotel, staff were pleasant.
I ordered a fish sandwich and medium fries at 9:23pm from the restaurant located at 47192 Michigan after work. My sandwich and fries were ice cold. I didn't expect piping hot by the time arrived home. The young lady that took my order was nice, but I will say the service was poor. I guess I should never order from the drive thru windows.

Greatest fish sandwich in fast food, but it is a seasonal item appearing usually in January through Easter. Look for it in various interactions on the 2 for $6 and 2 for $7 menus but still good solo at regular price (just without savings). Can't go wrong with roast beef sandwiches at Arby's. Good crispy chicken options too.
