total disappointment! First off the burger meal is over $10 dollars. Up to $14.00 dollars if you go for what shown on tv for the big bacon cheesy. But I come to expect that if they are paying their labor a higher wage. Big problem! Burger was overcooked and tough. So I took a look inside the bun. It appears someone thinks they can cut one or two ounces of burger off the patty and none of us is on to their little scam. Only thing that was acceptable was they were nice at the window. Perhaps because they knew I was getting ripped off!
I am not replying to your offer. Because 1). The link is broken and takes you to a 404 error. 2). I tried you out and you failed. There is not a second chance here today, sorry. 3). It is quite patronizing and absu d that I have to follow up with you. Fix your restaurant and none of this would have ever had to even exist.
Zero stars. Bought $30 worth of food. Cheese sauce taste like fish. Manager Taylor said no one else complained. We better not get sick. The taste I can't get it out of my mouth. Manager said leave a review. Never offered a refund. Offered to remake bad cheese sauce beef???? They don't clean out cheese sauce machine???? Wow customer service sucks. Don't buy here. Not sure but gonna have the food tested today. I think they tampered with our food. Gonna have the health department test the three we have left. Something not right here.
It's OK if they give you the right sandwich. I included a photo of the tomato they put on my gyro. If this is the only quality of tomato's you can buy (which I find hard to believe) don't put them on sandwiches. Yeah you have the meat, but sure as he'll don't have, or care about, the tomatoes.
We were greeted quickly at the counter, quickly placed our order and received our food after a reasonable wait. Tried the new Wagyu burger and it was absolutely delicious, definitely recommend. Also gave their crinkle fries a try and they were well seasoned but curly fries are my preferred.
I want to love this location, but between dirty tables in an otherwise empty dining room and no AC on a hot day, it's hard to.
The last two times we were there almost every table was just dirty and the place wasn't busy. They were out of sauces at the drink station and no lids for your drinks.
The food was fine both times, but it's a long drive to sit in a very hot building and deal with the less than clean environment.
Maybe we will try again in 6 months and see if it improves.
They ran out of roast beef. Not a big issue it happens but we waited 30 min inside before they found that they were out. Our poppers sat the entire time. And people who ordered after us got food.
All of this is a no biggie deal it is what it is but what made it worse was the way the night manager was treating her staff infront of customers. She told one to shush but in a mocking way, she was yelling at them, it made the already irritating situation worse because like I said it happens but people don't need to get talked to that way. Especially when her staff was struggling while she was eating.
UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR
Hadn't been here in a bout 10 years. Breakfast was very good, and big portions. Got in right away, and service was very good. We'll be nack.
If you like raw meat and cold fries visit this place. They will hook you up with 7 dollar burger that will have you hugging the toilet for hours.
