My chicken sandwich was good! Nice and hot. The roast beef was good as well.
The wait in the drive thru line was horrible. I waited over 15 minutes. The manager was at the window. She handed me the bag. I said.. here’s the money. She waved her hand and said .. I got it. No apology for the wait. No nothing. I just left. Disappointed? Yes!
I've been here three times. The first time I was given the wrong wrap. The second time, I got the right order, but they were pretty rude. Today everyone was super nice, but I got the wrong order again.
We usually eat here often no problems, but today 8.9.24 was the worst experience. Started as soon as we walk in the door, all the younger people are standing at the register while an elderly lady was on her hands and knees with a scrub brush scrubbing the floor. A girl I believe her name was Cassie was really snoody with multiple customers one of which asked for the managers number and the employees made a whole scene. Won’t be back for a while
I don't know who the guy in the kitchen is but man what a worker! (Young guy with glasses and a beard). Food was great! The manager I didn't catch his name started w a d was fan.......tactic! Those two need a raise! Awesome job guys!
Our food was great! But there was a Karen ahead of us that was very rude to the person at the register. They do need to rotate there fries a little more often. Karen's apparently was not the greatest!! Lol. My family and I had a great experience there.
Not a real fan of arbys in general. Store was clean and cashier was fast and friendly.
This establishment is terrible I am a local minister in this area as well I own four businesses and a civil and constitutional law scholar I recently was ministering to some homeless in the area and the manager and several employees of this establishment thought it was kind and loving to point at the homeless and laugh at them and call them names I would suggest to anybody that reads this review do not use this establishment they break their sixth principal which is to be kind and uplift the community! As well Everytime I've bought food at the extravagant prices nowadays the food is always dry and over cooked! With their arrogance unkindness and disdain for others that may be lower than them may Jesus Christ have mercy on their souls!
They are back open stopped and got the French dip and swiss today love it they are super fast stop in and get your today
