They always get my order wrong. I've eaten there five times total and they always get it wrong. They either forget something or give me the wrong item. This time when I went in I ordered a brisket sandwich and got a chicken sandwich. I just ate it because the guys behind the counter seem frazzled with four customers. The soda was flat and there was no sauces. The garbage was completely full. And I heard a worker complaining that someone asked for barbecue sauce and then then use it. He took it behind the counter. I am very disappointed and I don't think I will give them another try ever again!
I am usually an Arby's fan. This place however was nothing like the usual Arby's. I spent I believe around 25 dollars and ordered 2 small roast beefs and 2 of their new "Ribeye" sandwiches.(to bring home to share with wife) You talk about a sandwich not looking anything like the picture ????. It was absolutely terrible tasting and looking. The meat itself was something to behold. The color was a light gray/tan and it was of worse quality than the actual regular roast beef sandwiches... Wich were old and dry as well. Almost as if they cooked all the meat in the morning and left it all day. What a waste. They had me pull forward after paying and I was literally the only person at the establishment. After waiting 5 minutes, out they come. So I leave and start driving home looking forward to my sandwiches. Totally let down by the nasty "Ribeye" sandwich(wich I could only take 2 bites ????) , I try to stay positive and grab a roast beef. Open it... Dry as can be... Oh well I'll slather it with some Arby's sauce (wich I specifically asked for) only to find that.. Yes they forgot to give me any sauce whatsoever. Don't plan on going back to this location wich is quite unfortunate because it's the closest Arbys to me by far. ????. I personally felt like whoever is in charge of the quality of food and freshness didn't just fail, they also didn't give a hoot either about someone spending their hard earned money on food that should at least be fresh.

I went to the drive thru and waited way too long, I noticed the car in front me left. No one was taking orders or answering. Went inside and the workers were COMPLETELY ignoring the customers. Stood there for a few minutes in disbelief as they made eye contact and looked away completely ignoring people that wanted to order. I don't know what was going on but it was extremely unprofessional. Took my family over to Culver's and had a tasty dinner after all. Terrible location!!
Been here twice while visiting from out of state. First was through the drive through and it took 25 minutes to get our food.
Now we come in to eat and there was no one in drive through and only one guy before us. We ordered at 11:41 and didn’t get our food until 12:05. They were in no rush and literally made the food as we ordered it. So don’t expect FAST food but it will be fresh at least.
Pulled into the drive through at 2 minutes after 12pm, nobody was in front of me. I ordered, paid and was asked to pull into the #1 waiting spot, soon after the car behind me pulled in to spot #2 then a truck (customer #3) was pulled forward in the drive thru lane. 15 minutes later the truck (3rd one to order, gets his food) at that point I went in and got my money back which in itself was a hassle. Really bad when you only get a 1/2 hour lunch and you wait 15 Minutes at a "fast food" place.. I won't be back!
Ffs over cooked and not hot when serverd and roast beef and ham and cheese sandwiches were also not hot. Manager was rude.
Had there hamburger for the first time it was raw in the middle. Went back to show them. They refunded hamburger but should have refunded whole meal for my inconvenience and gave me some coupons and maybe I would return. I will not. Boycotted KFC and well you know how that ended. The cashier apologized but the "CHEF" did not.
Horribly slow. Waited at in the drive thru for over 5 minutes with no answer at the speaker so went in. Same problem inside, with at least 2 people ahead of me walked out without getting waited on. And the guy in back was throwing a fit and swearing. Then to top it off, my food wasn’t even right.
