Had been on PB&J for several days during Hurricane Helene. Had to charge my phone so I drove to Hickory for my guilty pleasure, Arby's.
Just like the taste, texture, and combo of the original sandwich with a jamocha shake. Not so much the fries though.
The food is always good. It’s expensive but good. This location has a bad habit of leaving things out of your bag. They never get it right. Gotta ask for napkins, straws, etc. you better ask or you won’t get it.
Edit: This location is terrible. Waited 25 min in drive thru. The salad we got was very low quality. Had the bad PCs if lettuce in it. We will not come back to this location. Bad experience.
I went to Arby’s and ordered 2 bacon fries , a chicken sandwich plain , and 4roast beefs I had to drive back because the chicken sandwich was forgotten and it didn’t bother me that much after I drove back and got it . I got home and my chicken sandwich was not plain it had mayo or some kind of sauce all over it . And my bacon fries came with ranch which that wasn’t there fault I should’ve said no ranch but it was new for me and I’ve never tried there bacon cheese fries so I didn’t know what all came on it . Hopefully I can go back Tomorrow and get a refund it was too late to go back and have it changed .
Service sucked but they got my food to me right. Live the gyros. And there burgers were great last time. The boys there seemed more interested in flirting with each other than being friendly with the guests.
Friendly employees, coupons, roast beef is always good. Curly fries are good. Potato cakes need more attention. Just cook it a little longer.
They got my order wrong. The food was still good, but it wasn't what I ordered. I went through the drive thru and didn't have time to turn around and get the sandwich corrected.
Professional positive atmosphere, customer service, and very good food. A wonderful bonus was a toy drive bin for an extra 15%off.
I ate here at Arby's about a week ago first time I ate at Arby's in awhile and I had forgotten just how good the roast beef sandwiches where and I also got the curly fries and it was delicious I went through the drive-thru and it didn't take very long to get my food and a young lady that I took my money was so polite I sure enjoyed myself
