You know how sometimes you drive to a location a longer distance away because it's better? Well I have found the good Arby's! My child and I really like the regular and curly fries, plus the chicken nuggets. Lobby is always clean and stocked. Considering I've changed a diaper in there I can definitely say the ladies room is clean. We love it!
Arby’s is a good alternative for fast food. We like their French Dip and the Rueben sandwich. They are high priced. I always order inline using their app looking for discounts and specials.
Wow, I don't know what happened but we tried the cheesy bacon burger for the third time today. The first two times the patty was just like in the picture. A thick, juicy patty. Tasted delicious. Today I ordered the burger for my daughter and she took a couple of bites and said it didn't taste right. I tried it and it tasted completely different. The patty was much thinner and dryer; and it literally tasted like the meat was going bad. Yuck. What the heck happened.
If you don't want to serve people, don't work at a fast food restaurant. Fries should be crispy. Food should be fresh. And when someone gets to the window and asks to add a separate fry to the order, they shouldn't be told "he needs to go back around and order it" from an employee behind the front counter. Especially during non busy hours. It's unprofessional and lazy

Ordered through the app got there order was not ready and to wait 15 mins for my food.
The wagyu burger ???? was very disappointing. Not much flavor other than the ranch and bacon ???? not worth the hype or price. Service was good and place was clean. Curly fries always a hit.
The food was good. The service was better. We received some fries that were less than warm. They immediately took them from us, and made a fresh batch.
