Decided to try this location that has no dining room and didn't have high expectations, based on the overall rating.
What a great surprise,
this place was completely the opposite of expectations!
The roast beef was cooked perfectly, juicy, and hot, great taste.
Potato cakes were cooked perfectly as well, crispy, golden brown, tender inside and absolutely delicious ????
The iced tea was even great!
The staff was friendly and prompt, manager was on top of the orders and they didn't leave out or miss anything!
Ordered via the walk up window and the kitchen/service area was spotlessly clean.

Overall, this is a restaurant that is a definite place to visit again and again for all reasons, including value!
3 cars in the drive through... 33 minutes later there are 2 cars and food is JUST being passed out to the first rig.. The potatoe cakes were phenomenal! Not worth the wait.... especially after spending my morning in the ER... Extreme disappointment
The food was typical for Arby's. The exception was a classic chicken that we ordered. When I got back to my hotel, my son noticed that there was no chicken on the sandwich. It was just lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise. I called the store and the manager said she would make it it. We had a good laugh about it. Just goes to show you never assume anything. Always verify that there is meat on your sandwich.
I gave Arby's 1 star for atmosphere because it was a drive through store. There was no place to sit indoors.
Horribly disappointing. No one ahead of us, ordered and when I got to the window the cashier stood talking to a coworker some. Cashier had no clue what he was doing with only one car/order and made a second (extra) drink shortly after handing out the first. Was taking awhile but I figured they must be dropping fresh fries, nope tried to eat them on the way home to find they were room temp and hard like they had been sitting under the light for awhile. Got home to find barely a sandwich let alone the half pound beef & cheddar I had order. (See photo of their "half pound"). After seeing other reviews I would not recommend or go back.
I ordered $80 worth of DoorDash. My order came wrong. I tried to call the store at first the person who answered the phone had no professionalism and completely started laughing and then disconnected the call before we even spoke. I called her back explain to her everything that was wrong… What did I get in return? More laughing and blaming it on DoorDash…. I wasn’t expecting my money back. I was just expecting things to be corrected. Or even apologetic. I didn’t receive either. I was taken as a joke. The lack of customer service And the completed utter disdain For helping… disgusting. I won’t be eating there ever again. definitely not worth the money spent
I was just there, maybe 1:45. Used the walk up window. Hot day, girl gave me the milkshakes first, so first off they started melting down. Then I’m watching her through the window, she proceeded to fill our curly fry order and she started eating fries out of the same place she was getting ours. Using the same hand that she’s eating with to put fries in the cardboard holder. I was so flabbergasted, I said I should have made a scene, but I’m just not ever going back. Positively unacceptable and disgusting.
Was expecting to eat indoors had no idea about the outdoor eating. Food was just ok. Pretty strange that your limited on Arby's sauce, horseradish AND ketchup. ????♀️ Was told it would be on the next truck.
I used to like Arby's. Actually, I still do. I like their sandwiches, I like the curly fried, etc. but, unfortunately I will not go back to this one in Kerrville. Because I like to have shakes with my meals. Kerrville's owner/manager must be a real tightwad. Because the shake machine has been down for over a year! Over one stinking year. And when you order with the app, it doesn't tell you that, you think, oh, I can order a milkshake! But no, you order it, you show up and they have to refund your money. Arby's is famous for their jamoka shake. I prefer just a regular chocolate, but I do not know why the owner of this store will not take care of his shop. Do not go there until they make a big to do about having their shake machine working again. I also know plenty of others that don't go there exactly because of this.
