Always cold and dirty in there. Over priced. Small portions. Ordered a meal for $9 and left hungry. Ordered normal sandwich but it was so Small, it looked like a kiddie portion.
2024 update: we got food here twice now recently. The quality of food, prices with the coupons and cleanliness of the dining room are much much better than they used to be. I enjoyed my food both times.
update: rec’d coupons in the mail. went to eat inside there. upon approaching inside cashier order area, there was a smell, this smell could some how be removed or camouflaged, dining room always cold. so eat and get out. food was good again. I enjoyed my meal and promptly left.
It was a good place to eat. My daughter and I stopped here for lunch. My favorite meal at Arby's was the super roast beef sandwich with potato cakes. They took both off the menu, but this Arby's dressed my roast beef sandwich with lettuce and tomato and I added the Arby's sauce, and they brought back the potato cakes. I highly recommend both and any Arby's that has done that too! My only complaint is that the ice machine didn't dispense any ice. My young man who waited on us was friendly and helpful, but even he couldn't get us ice from the machine. I will return to visiting Arby's.
First time in my life I have ever felt compelled to leave a review for a business. Just received a completely cold and soggy cheeseburger that seemed to be sitting out for hours that also contained a long black hair in the middle of it. NEVER GOING BACK!
Went to the Jeffersonville store to pick up dinner and was disappointed! At work I was told how great the deep fried turkey sandwich was. I figured I was going to pick up the club because love a club with bacon turkey lettuce tomato. Went through drive thru and said I wanted large meal with large coke. Also asked for friends to be hot because last several times the were real cold. He said no problem. Got to front window and was handed the regular size coke. Was too tired to debate the size after working 12 hours. Just wanted my food and go home. Gave me the bag anf the fries were emptied out into the bag. Went to eat sandwich when I got home and no bacon. No bacon....one of the biggest reasons I got the sandwich. Very let down and disappointed but should have known better. Go there often and it always something and the workers like to play around. VERY let down by my dinner which very easily could've been great.
I ordered door dash after long day at work for my kids & I. They don't follow instructions. Ordered 2 sweet tea, instead I received coke. Wanted arby sauce and they didn't give any sauce. Not even ketchup with chicken nuggets & fries. Who order food there without any sauce?! Spent $51 & they can't even follow the instructions. They need to make sure everything is in the bag as ordered Not going to order there again. Wonder why so many fast food is closing. No profits. They can't even follow a simple order.
The gyro was so messy I could barely eat it. I was in my work uniform so since I asked for extra taziki sauce that meant slop it on so it gets all over me and my clothes. I will never go to this location again nor would I recommend it to anyone. I should have just eaten at work.
The food is good when you get it. Often, things are missing, or I have to go back in to help them correct their mistake. The big kicker for even writing a review, though, is how often they run out of roast beef and the sun is still out. Poor product management on the staffs part.
I gave service a 3 because the person on the drive threw speaker didn't seem to friendly. Almost like it was a bother for me to be there. The atmosphere got a 2 because there is no lighting to show the entrance to the store and I ended up having to turn around to find the entrance very dark.
