Manager had a attitude towards me didn't really want to take my order. She unlocked the door to let me in. I asked for napkins and horsey sauce and was completely snub and she walk away and I asked another lady there for heresy sauce and ignored me. Just don't what there problem was with me never had contact with these people before. But knew the cook in there.
I ordered ONE thing. A beef n cheddar with extra sauce. Of course, no extra sauce so I had to go back through the drive thru to get a side. When I checked the sandwich it was so small compared to what they used to be. It's now half the size for twice the price. I asked if she gave me a mini size or something but she said it was their classic. Maybe they should call it the new classic because it definitely isn't what it used to be.
Went through drive through because my son wanted beef n cheddar but only had $10. I asked the order taker what was a better deal and she pleasantly gave me prices. At the window we were politely told it would be a moment. When she gave us the food she even asked if we needed sauce. Must have also seen me take my meds out as she also asked if I'd like a water. I replied no thank you and she told us to have a great night. I went back around to get her name. Thank you Christina for the wonderful friendly service. OH and the sandwiches were fresh :)
Sloppy sandwich. Half the cheese was in the wrapper. Does nobody take any pride in their work anymore? The manager should be fired.
Second sandwich. Fish sandwich. They got the lettuce in the same wrapper. So close. Maybe it fell out if the sandwich when they stepped on it to make it less than an inch thick.
Second time to review. I'll just post the pics. You can figure it out from there. Sloppy messy dripping everywhere lettuce looking like it exploded.
12:15 on a Friday. Nobody in line. And you had this out the window.
Took forever to be served. Frontline order taker was supposed to be the smug mgr. lady in the dark shirt. She didn’t come in to take my order until I had sat there for a country min. She was outside talking with a personal visitor apparently.
The staff was completely incompetent and unprofessional. I wish I could have pix them all. When I first arrived the fry guy was stuffing his face with food at the fry station.
The young leads were not helpful either. After all that they tried to give me old chicken fingers and fries. Had to wait for a new order. 23?min. total wait time... from 3:32 to 3:56! No apology or compensation. I didn’t see the advantage of throwing the fry guy under the bus by suggesting that maybe he ate all the fresh and more desirable servings.
What is it with young people and their cell phones? This is getting out of hand. I was a lead here years ago and none of this would have been tolerated.
Overall restaurant feels dirty and sticky. They charge too much to have open trash cans that attract insects and pests. It isn’t worth the risk of getting sick here so I will not be giving them my business.
I hate to knock a local business, but his place has really gone down. You deserve to take your $ where it is earned and appreciated!
Don't know about the arltmosphere, Didn't go in. I LOVE their Beef & Cheddar
This is got to be the cleanest Arby’s restaurant I’ve ever had the pleasure of having lunch in. Whenever I get to eat at Arby’s I want to come to this one. It was actually like a culture shock to me. The food was great the service was top notch and the place was immaculate. And I’m sure it has everything to do with management and professionalism of every employee that works there. I was served by Gabrielle very nice very professional she even asked if I’d like a cup of water. Thank You For That!
Firstly, I had a huge order, about 46 bucks..you'd think spending that much you would at least get served non-messy food and drinks yeah? The girl at window handed a coke that was way too full it kept spilling coke ALL over my car. and then i pull over to clean up..no napkins, had to use a old towel. then i open my food and what do i see? messed up my food order. ????
