Haven’t been here in a while and sadly won’t return due to finding MOLD on my sandwiches. You would think that checking to make sure your ingredients are fresh and not moldy would be standard practice. I would hate to know all the other ways they’re cutting corners due to laziness.
This only my second time there, I go Shelbyville often, seems to be only place I get in with a box truck, and I do like Arby's. So far has been great. Would like to give accolades to Katie, shift manager today,Tuesday 11-19, for greeting me upon arrival, was chipper and polite, and assisted me promptly and quickly. Hang on to her....
Well, how do you judge atmosphere at a fast food place?I mean , come on , it's fast food atmosphere. I did the drive up the window was efficient. They just brought back the potato cakes.I wasn't impressed.They were rather greasy and not real tasty
I frequent this location quite often and I’ve never had a more widely inconsistent experience. 20% of the time it’s insanely good and makes you crave more. The other 80% of the time you get stuff like below which is a slider made with a chicken nugget that wasn’t even edible because it was rock solid.
Fries were cold and mixed . The young lady that waited on us probably said two words . Forgot to put shake in bag trying to call and tell them no one will answer . Maybe because they sit outside and smoke were everyone can see them with the gloves on. This Arby’s needs a lot of help use to be good not now .
Poor customer service didn't give me the correct change the guy on the register was rude and making comments under his breath like Jesus Christ as soon as I get up to the counter I tried reaching out to the store but the number isn't working or they shut the phones off so no one can call my order total was 20.04$ I paid 25.00$ I should have gotten 4.96$ back I will be going there after work today to get a full refund and never going back again they were great until recently
It a sad day when the help doesn't know the meaning of mix and match. Went to order 2 like items off the 3 for 5 mix and MATCH menu and was told I could not order 2 like items. Definition of match: to be equal to

It's like they have no pride in giving a good dining experiance. The food quality is just horrible. And if you try to talk to them about it they are rude . It's clear the workers don't care. They are just there to get a paycheck. Just sad!!
