So clean and cashiers were very helpful, patient and kind. They have passion for their jobs and take great pride in their store. It's that obvious! Talking with them I found myself thinking I need to eat here more!! The two I got to meet was Jacelyn and Schrie.
Thankd to both of them I am having a incredible dinner with low expectations tonight because I knew it had to be " fast food "
With high standards like the two young women working tonight , Arby's will always dominate any other fast food places. Hands down no contest!!
They had me pull up to make sure their timer was correct. I sat for quite a while until the patron behind me honked their horn. I had no where to go so I sat there. Long wait time. The staff encouraged everyone to pull forward which is a technique of fast food so corporate thinks they are moving faster...
Good food and good sweet tea. The remodel job inside looks really nice, too. Sauce dispensers let you get as much as you like if you done inside. Get mozzarella sticks instead of fries for a change of pace.
Very friendly staff, I love going to eat there because I get treated like a human being not just a paying customer.
It took the attendant 5 minutes to come to the front desk to take the order of the guy in front of me then walked away after his order I waited a little bit longer and then they took my order and then when I got my food she had subbed jalapeno bites instead of fries when I asked for both and then told me by the way it was substituted but otherwise the food was great
Actually was pretty good the last few times I went to this location. Would recommend if you are looking for fast food in the area.
Arrived with no customers inside and only 1 car in the drive-thru. We went thru the drive-thru and placed our order. We got to the window and paid. The we were asked to pull forward while we waited. The car that was at the drive-thru when we arrived was just ahead of us waiting on their food. No cars were behind us at that time. After waiting a couple of minutes, another car finally approached the window. It was also asked to pull to the side to wait on their food. A couple of minutes later, another car pulled up to the window. After about 15 minutes we finally received our food. I guess since the cost has gone up, so has the time to get your food.
The food was normal drive-thru food, nothing more, nothing less.
The Mozzarella sticks are the best! Many thanks to Taylor for his excellent drive-through service!
