Food was good! No complaints :) nice quick easy in/out in the drive-thru. Pretty uneventful, which is what you want. I had a cheeseburger and fries and the fries were perfection! I must’ve come at the right time. Not upset about it lol
Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. I've noticed a decline in fast food quality and service overall, but this Arby's had professional, polite employees, a decently clean dining area, quick service, and the sandwiches were actually well made.
I know that raw fast food is a thing unfortunately, but this is unacceptable. Ordered late at night 10/30/23. Manager the next day was able to refund us, but will not be eating at Arby’s again
Got fresh chicken and extra sauce, and everyone working was very friendly - even though it was a slow time of the day. Roast beef was also great and loaded up. Thanks!
All the tables and chairs are clean. The floor is spotless and the people are very friendly. I can feel the heat coming from the fries!!! ???? it was a little chilly in the Restaurant and the beef n cheddar wasn’t as hot as I would like it to be but over all it was great! I will definitely be coming back for more!
Originally I was excited cause these fries were fresh. Then I realized I paid $6+ for two “large fries” that weren’t large.
Went back today and had the same issue. It’s frustrating ordering a large and having less than half the container full.
Went there today for some food and everything was running smoothly, the place was clean, employees knew what they were doing. It was a good experience!
Fast and friendly service from the person working the drive-thru window and the staff that cooked our meals.
