This is the 3rd time we've had food quality issues since the remodel. No one seems to care about the food quality. I ordered Roast Beef Slider that was all soggy and meat just thrown on it. Poppers I ordered were Luke warm at best. Wife got a 4 piece nuggets & Crinkle Cut fries. She only got 3 nuggets and her fries weren't even warm. The cost of the food isn't even worth it. Better off finding another location to eat.
My friends, you need to taste the delicious Greek Gyro, y'all will love it! Nice & fresh, enjoyment is fabulous! Arby's certainly does a great job, for all its customers, thank you......
The drinks they serve have barely any ice. They need to be supplied with more ice for their machine or a better machine. The food is delicious. The service is neither good nor bad.
When the girl at the drive through with the pink hair took my payment, I seen her lay my husband's debit card down and she took out her phone, I seen her take 2 pictures of his card. (Front and back) When I got my order I ask her about it, she looked like she had seen a ghost. She said she didn't but would not show me her pictures. I seen her do it. I told her she should not have her phone out when Taking peoples payment. Her excuse was she was waiting on a call for her manager. I canceled that card. So please be careful when using this Arby's.
Went to Arby's in New Bern North Carolina. No one was at the counter to take our order. My wife said hello. A lady come around the corner and said you can go to the Golden arches and waved her hands towards McDonald's which is next door. My wife had worked all day and was really hungry. My puppy in the truck was really hungry. I myself was hungry as well. My wife ordered for herself and the dog..I usually went to Arby's EVERY time I went to fast food. I will never go to Arby's ever again in my life.
Ordered ahead. Had to go inside, everyone at the drive through got their food before I did. The whole point of ordering ahead is defeated. I should have been able to pick it up at the drive through, or someone should have brought it to me. What is the point of ordering ahead?
For some reason the drive through speaker/mic/sensor wasn't working, after a few minutes of waiting with no response at the drive through we had to go inside. Once inside the employees were friendly and the food was good
Omg their roast beef sandwiches are AMAZING!! I ate there the first time this year and my god I’m mad about what I’ve been missing out on! lol my 5 year old even loves them which says a lot! Definitely will be going a lot more! Love love!
