I normally don't review fast food restaurants but making an exception. The crew from top to bottom was friendly and welcoming. The manager was on point running her team.
The food came out hot and in timely manner. The tables were noticeably clean and the condiments section was organized. I'm impressed and highly recommend this location.
I try not to eat fast food, but they're the only place where I don't wait long, and they seem kind of understaffed(so it's a little impressive). They're usually very friendly. And the food is on average better than any of the big burger chains(around here)... They need to bring the All American roast beef back already, that one with all of the traditional burger toppings, and figure out what makes their chicken all stingy and rubbery. Because when it's good, it's decent, but when it's bad... I can't eat it(been about 30% of the time for me). I'm sure I don't have to tell you that the deals actually make it much cheaper than McDonald's, but there it is anyhow.
This location is a fantastic place to visit. It never seems to be busy but that could be due to that my visits are most probably not during the busy times. The employees are constantly friendly and happy with me. The food is constantly great. The location is not really in a great location and could be why it never seems too busy. But that never seems to be a factor in the service provided. Another place that the employees don't have is the "It's just a McJob" attitude . Keep up the great work.
I'm new to the Pensacola area and I'm an Uber driver. I use the Arby's app several times a week because of the great specials that are on the app. I park in the parking lot when I don't have any rides to give and rest while I wait for my food and my next rider. Last week I was asleep while resting after a long night of giving rides and the kids inside working came out to my car to check on me and asked if I was okay. I thought that was very thoughtful and want to say THANK YOU for making sure I was okay.
I went thru the drive thru and they were pretty speedy food was hot a tasty the only regret is no marinara for my mozzarella sticks!!!????
Great deal ... 4 for $12 !! The price went up a couple of dollars today, but still a deal ....i toss half the buns and make 2 BIG sandwiches and less bread too !!
This place is usually on spot, BUT NOT TONIGHT! I ordered the BNC Half Pound Meal... BUT when I got home (2miles away).... I got 2 little beef on buns with NO CHEDDAR!! The 6pc mozzarella sticks were already hard and cold. Plus to top it all off... NO NAPKINS! I called them and the girl told me that I could return ASAP or wait and come back tomorrow. I will not want it tomorrow, although I will be contacting the Manager. Plus I had already put on my PJ's for the evening.
I use to manage a restaurant, and I understand when it gets late that everyone wants to go home, but at the end of everyday, someone is paying their hard earned money for what they order!!! I am extremely disappointed and will probably NEVER go back to this location!!
Good food nice and clean . Beef and cheddar just Big enough and crispy fries.
