My daughter's chicken nuggets were burned, the crinkle fries were lukewarm, not sure why, there was nobody else ordering, and the workers were just standing around.
The brisket was overcooked, and tough.
The orange shake was halfway melted on the top by the time my husband got to the car.
For $35 dollars, I was highly disappointed.
Piping hot food and SO very nice staff! Even during lunch hour fast and delicious!
I honestly hate leaving bad reviews, but the rudeness and ineptitude of the staff and manager, forced my hand. I went in with my brother and his wife on 9-22-24, and he was gonna pay with a $100 bill, but they refused our service and said they couldn't make change because the til was new??? That's completely BS!!!! If you go to any retail store or any professionally run place of business, they will make change because they want your business. I should know. I worked for Walmart for almost 15yrs. The manager was completely rude and unprofessional, and I hate to say it: deserves to be terminated for unprofessional conduct and not being sufficient in her job duties!
They actually messed up my online order, but brought it to my attention before I picked it up and asked if I wanted to keep the sandwiches the way they were (they had accidentally added cheese to them), or they offered to remake the sandwiches if I would rather have them without the cheese. They quickly fixed it. The sandwiches were delicious, as can be expected from Arby's. Staff was professional and courteous.
The fish sandwich was sub-standard except for the portion of the fish. Corporate management needs to rethink the strategy (and the 'recipe').
The place is not clean and employees were working mask-free
Initially they took a while to take our order then we were told to pull forward and wait for the chicken nuggets from my 2 year olds meal because they had to cook them, we waited and they forgot his juice and once they brought out the food we drove home only to see that his nuggets that they were "cooking" were raw inside. My son could have easily ate this and gotten sick, needless to say we will not be going back
Barely 5 minute wait for two Reubens at noon. Very kind staff and hot fresh food. Floors were a bit sticky though.
The Owner, and other upper management made working there horrible. And they had me traveling to Albuquerque for them, to help their dying store at 17, promising a manager position when I turned 18, and working almost 98 hours at 12 an hr and only getting paid 700 is crazy, and when I called the office trying to fix it they said it would be on a my next check which it was not. But the chicken sandwich is fire. How is the Owner a ligit millionaire and can't pay his employees enough to make a living.
