Definitely had amazing customer service and I love the location. I wish my sandwich was prepared fresh and hot. Please keep up the great customer service though. The last Arby's i went to was not so great!
I tried the deep fried turkey gobbler sandwich. I had a order of mac & cheese bites and I had a order of curly fries. Everything was perfect. I thank you Arby’s.
I love Arby's, but this location needs help. Waited entirely too long in the drive-thru. Sandwiches were sloppy and falling apart in the wrapper, fry containers were nowhere near full. Will not be going back to this location.
Waited in line forever only to have burnt food and the wrong food in my bag. Spent over $35 on food we couldn't even eat. When I called I was told bring my receipt with me but I never received one. So wasted money and no food. Avoid this place, just throw your money out the window instead.
The food was average. Service average. The one thing I loved about this place. They have the 10 commandments on display in the front. That's the only reason I made this review so I can support this store. I am for good moral standards based on religion.
My service face to face was fantastic, server really seemed happy to assist me. However, being a drive through customer, once I arrived home I was missing items from my order. It sucks, they are expensive and usually means someone is left without meal. Seems to happen often here.
Took forever with the order got sandwich it wasn't a double as requested . Sent it back when i got sandwich back some of the meat on said sandwich smelled and tasted funny . I had gotten it to go and was at my destination or i would have asked for my money back . Very poor effort to say the lest . Ill pass on any future visit to that LOWcation .And the place was filthy and stickie all over the floor .Looking through the reviews there are cases of people getting sick at this restaurant .Not sure how to put a photo on here but the meat has a brown ring around the edge about 1/2 inch in and smells Rancid . Waste off time and money stay clear of this place less you want to be sick .
They didn't put all my food in the bag. Drove back to get the rest of my order and store manager sees me walk in with a bag from Arby's and just walks away. Five minutes later she approaches the counter and asked what I need. Rude
