Upon ordering, The employee was impatient and not actively listening while ordering my food. However, The food was prepared well and tasted good. So....small reprieve for the day.
I love the Rueben and when I’m craving one I always get it at Arby’s. And I use mayo instead of the thousand island spread. If I could change anything I would love for the sauerkraut to have a bit more of sour taste
Can’t stand paying for something and not getting what I paid for. This sandwich was supposed to be a Double beef n cheddar. Sadly my cheddar looks like a swipe of mustard. There is literally no cheddar on it. Glad I ordered other food since for some reason this location doesn’t know how to make any Beef n cheddar sandwich…I’ve ordered from here before and been disappointed by the food when I’ve gotten it home. Won’t be ordering from here unless we dine in.
Not to quick on taking an order, pretty quick on food and the food was good. So service with a smile goes along way.
10 dollars for some Texas toast and a bite of pecan chicken sandwich and don't ask about my wife's Buffalo chicken wrap the looked like it was made by a 3 year old.... we won't be back cold fries flat soda pop.... F-
I’m so impressed with Arby’s! 04/07/24 around 10:20PM I received my DoorDash order from Arby’s. My fries were fresh! And my roast beef sandwich was delicious! Arby’s kindly added sauce packets without me even asking, when other places wouldn’t even put the ones you order in…I’m so impressed! Good job Arby’s. Not to mention great fresh food at 10 Alcock at night?!?! Taco Bell could never.
Nice clean place to sit and enjoy a quick meal. The staff was friendly and quick.
We have been twice in 2 weeks. The first was after the floating lantern festival. Gentleman working the register was having to multitask so much. I just knew our order was gonna be messed up. It wasn’t though. You can tell he was getting a bit frustrated or anxious, I would have been too! He still put on a smile and made our experience great. Made sure to tell him how good of a job he done and that he matters. I hope it made his work night better!! Great place to eat!! Also check out their website or app you get better deals ????????
