Best WLM Reviews
They do great sometimes but today they served raw food my two year old was eating this
I have not been to Arby's in about 2 years, since my last review, which I was so disappointed in. Decided to give it a try again, much different experience this time! Very clean inside and out, no long wait, getting your order correct and in a timely manner. I had the Beef and Cheddar, very good! Want to praise the gentleman who took my order. Sean. Very polite, helpful and helped a older lady who is on a fixed budget, out . I will not forget your kindness Sean, the service industry need more caring people like you! I hope your manger sees this review and acknowledge your kindness. This was at the Defuniak Springs Florida location.
Ordered online ahead and they said they were all out of the products i ordered.. they had plenty of time to call me, but instead let me drive all the way there on my lunch break just to tell me they don’t have my food.. didn’t have time to go anywhere else or wait for them to make me something else at that point.. place was dirty, crack head employees.. they guy at the register was ok and polite but he definitely isn’t enough to get me to go back.. been there 3 other times and they are always out of something.. not a very well managed establishment.
Ordered Greek Gyro and Beef Burger - the 2 for $6.99! The meat was tender and juicy. The Gyro was a pleasant surprise! The flatbread was soft and the sauce and meat and veggies worked well making it a delicious Gyro!
I go here a few times a week for lunch if I can! They have such great fresh food and always great service
The place is mostly nice with plenty of parking and seating inside. I went here with two family members and the cashier was great. My biggest issue was the food.
My sister and I have allergies, so it is very important for our orders not to get messed up in order to not have a reaction. Arby’s usually does good, but today my order had both sesame seeds and cheddar on the bottom of the bun. I ended up taking it home to give to my brother.
I don’t think they clean their workspace at all. We even told the cashier that my sister and I are badly allergic to sesame seeds. If I had eaten them, I very well could have died. We did not tell him about our dairy allergies, but we ordered sandwiches with no cheese included, so there should not have even been the possibility of getting cheddar on the bottom. I do not suggest going here if you have allergies.
Further, the table we picked was clean, but the chairs looked like things had been spilled on them or bugs had been living on them and were very dirty. This is the worst experience I have ever had at an Arby’s.
Fresh food and friendly staff. BUT. My wife had a fit about the women’s bathroom. So bad she took a picture of the shenanigans. Men’s was slightly better.
Used to be a very good place to eat...don't know what happened, but today I received a slopped together Greek gyro that looked and tasted like a HOT MESS and did my best to eat part of it.... should have NEVER even been sent out the drive thru window... sorry but not sorry ..y'all need to get it together...I won't be back
