I rarely complain about Arby's, but I just left the drive- thru. I ordered a gyro meal, and it barely has any meat on it. I had to open it and was just annoyed seeing this sad looking gyro. All lettuce biting into tomatoes and one little strip of meat ???? ... like come on. Really disappointed
Food was great and exactly as ordered.
Thank God for that because Missy on the drive thru was rude and impatient. May have had an hour before closing or really don’t care why. Tired of these people working in customer service and ruining my day and others because of the attitudes they exude.
I know they’re not raking in the dough so if not liked …. Kick rocks and don’t act like it’s a boulder!
I love this place. Valerie was helping me out at the drive thru tonight, and she’s incredible. She went out of her way to get me a sauce they were out of. Give her a raise I’m not playing. <3 Obviously food was delicious!! As usual
Truly amazing establishelment! I came here on a Friday night at 7pm. They were a bit busy but that didnt seem to effect the service, cleanliness or food. The restaurant was insanely clean, like it had just opened. The food was fresh, like.literally just cooked fresher. And the best part was the service. The cashier had a big smile on her face which is a nice change seeing how busy they were I'd expect her to be more business like and the cook brought my food out to me and apologized for the wait, which was hilarious to me becasue by wait he meant like 5 min and for me I dont think that's really a wait. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Thank you Miguel and Chantel for the amazing service and warning experience!!!
Ordered by App and one item was not available at this store. The substitute offered was good. Asked for Arby's sauce, but they were out of that as well. The attendant was helpful but embarrassed as if she thought I might lose my temper.
Great experience here. The cashier was great, he even brought our food to our table. The food was???????????????? and fresh! Good job Arby's!!
Lobby music was definitely not appropriate for a business. Restaurant needs to be cleaner! Floor was sticky. Door glass looked terrible. Bathroom sink was black. Do better Arby's team!
This location needs staff that will care for the dining area, greet customers when they come in and most of all Cchange the cooking oil for the curly fries. Our fries tasted overcooked. Will be a long time before I come to this
location again!
