Waited 30 minutes on my food in the lobby. I was the only customer . Watched all the employees visiting. Finally got my food to go, and it was just a horrible mess. Roast beef wasn't even on the bun. More cheese in the wrapper than on the sandwich. Never again.
Went there last night thru the drive thru and had to wait for at least 20 minutes or more for the food.. when we got it I checked it and it was missing items… I had to go in and let them know.. REALLY NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAIT TIME!!!!! Second time this has happened!!!!!!
Arby's value for the money is top notch. The gal working the window was super friendly. This is the first positive fast food experience that I've had since Covid began. Their food is super fresh and made correctly. They don't skip on ingredients and my order was made to perfection. Congrats Arby's you are doing it right!
On 5/11/24, 5PM , we Had to hear political views while waiting on inside order. We said that's interesting. Then we're told to stay out of trouble. Is there a regional manager for this Arby's location ?
Only one person working in the whole place and she was a ROCKSTAR handling it all. She and her butterfly tattoos deserve a raise.
My husband ordered two orders of the 2 for $6 French dip sandwiches from the coupon and a lot more. He got charged 5.39 per sandwich. When he got his order he got two french dip sandwiches. There was no au jus. He caught the overcharge and that there weren’t enough sandwiches. They weren’t nice about it. Then gave him two more sandwiches. Not enough au jus. They gave us 4 horsey sauce for 11 sandwiches. When he asked for more they walked away. This is the sandwich? It’s like half of what it used to be. The buns are different. Of course by the time he got home- it was barely warm. Really unimpressed. We went here often. I’ll go to the one in Twin from now on.
It took over 45 min to get get 2 wraps and 2 classic. I'm diabetic this was a horrible experience if you are traveling to get somewhere skip this place. There's a Wendy's across the street
