I stopped by to pick up a delivery order but I had a little wait. So I ordered myself some fries. The employees were friendly and understanding that I had a time limit for my job so they were sure to accommodate that. I would stop by again.
They always forget to put something that I ordered in the bag. I just got off work ordered 1 mean and 1 burger I’m pressed for time so I get home and I’m missing my burger. Thai is the 4th time this has happened. Lesson learned. Do go back there. PS I just moved in the area 7 months ago! GD!!
If you're buying their deal items, it's well worth it. We've actually done drive thru a couple of times over the few weeks. The food has been fresh and hot.
Every single time I order food from the App, everything is amazing. Until today. . .
I had a free order of 5 chicken strips with any order(only available on the app) and got the $7 double roast beef (or double beef and chedder) w/ fries and a drink (also only available on the app, GO GET THE APP!)
The $7 meal was well worth the price BUT I don't think that I would get the chicken strips, (normally $7.99 for 5) even if they were free again. These chicken strips were terrible. Some were thin, some were triangles and all were awful. Big pass. Also more curls and less bits of fries in the curly fries would be greatly appreciated. 25% curls, 75% bits. Not great for the nom nom unless you love the crunchy bits lol
I drive from Redord Twp and pass several other locations but still come to this location. The food is always good, the staff is always pleasant and helpful. And they always get things right. That is why I come to this location only. The other ones closer to my house, won't even take the time to try and help out when I'm having problems with their app. I keep getting told by the other locations that they don't know how to use that app themselves.
Comparing Arby's to Arby's, no real complaints. They've never told me the shake machine is down and the jamocha is why I come ????
Worst Arby’s ever, I asked them if they gave me my auju they said yes, I get home and it’s not in there, went to have them fix a remake my order because at this point it’s cold, they didn’t even offer me a new fry so now I’m stuck eating a cold fry with my sandwich, thanks for that. The
Place was also nasty looking and not clean, old potato cakes hanging in a basket over the fryer, I don’t think I’ll come back to this Arby’s.
Welp! We were doing good Arby's. I was actually on my way to making an excellent review for this place.. and I still partially will. I can't give beyond 3 stars right now though (was 2..) after the order I just received. You guys need to check your employees that work after 4pm ASAP! Y'all meals are way too expensive for this. Anytime I've gone early in the day, before 5pm, the food is always hot, fresh, made correctly and very fast. Honestly, my original review would've sounded like, "If you need someplace to eat when your in a hurry, and it still be of great quality, then this is your spot!" However, I can now only say this for the hours BEFORE 5PM! Because after that, you might wind up with what I got today: A gyro so soaked in sauce that the bread pretty much turned to a glob of wow. Just WOW! I mean.. I can't figure out the vendetta these workers seem to have against me! Lol! I didn't even order anything special.. definitely not extra sauce. But I got it... almost as if I was being taught a lesson. Lmao! Well I learned. No more after 4pm trips there for me. Or maybe this was just a bad day. Either way, this just a little reminder to managers out there of how fast one or two careless employees can not only turn a good review bad, but potentially lose you some customers, like if someone takes this review too seriously. Even make people look at your establishment a whole different way. I was really about to come here and highly recommend this location over all others in the area. I can only mildly recommend now. Not so sure about night time. As always, some sort of compensation for the inconvenience, like maybe the gyro made right, and assurance that I shouldn't experience this again, and I'll surely change my review and give more stars. But I waited like 15 minutes for this meal, which cost me nearly $15!!! All to get that.. slop in the photo. If it's not under my review, look in photos-- you'll see it. Can't miss it.. lol! The meal is over at that point. But daytime, you guys keep it up. Hey, maybe even have a talk with your night ppl. Give em some pointers. You are the only reason there are three stars
