Back tracked 3 blocks on my way home to Michigan. Really wanted a roast beef sandwich. It was a 20 wait for roast beef during dinner time. I ended up getting a slightly warm Ruben sandwich and a few cold crunchy curly fries. It looked like they tried to scrape up enough for my order. While being handed my food, I asked if my mayonnaise and salt and pepper were in the bag and no they were not. After leaving I realize that I didn’t even have a napkin in the bag. For almost $11 I received poor service and gross food
I miss when they made their cookies fresh! They seem not as good anymore. New people working this time, very friendly! Was still a nice visit!
It was 5 minutes before closing on July 2 and they still were happily taking orders as I pulled up in line. They cooked everything fresh and it was delicious. I like the new expanded menu and I am so glad they brought potato cakes back they need to keep them for 5 stars!
0 however the employees deserve five stars for their attitude and hard work
The staff was very friendly and sociable....when we entered the store a customer was complaining about a partially filled box of french fries....she was a regular and never received less than a full box ....she was told it was because she ordered no salt....I was going to order fries but chose cheese sticks because if that ..I had my usual...French Dip Combo which was delicious. My husband chose the Crispy Bacon Swiss combo...the room is chilly and might be the reason why his sandwich and fries were not hot...nice decor
My husband didn't refill his tea for lack of I e out front..and there was something floating under the ice. Not his favorite Arby's...Ashland, Wisconsin.
We stopped by for a quick bite through the drive-thru. The young man was very pleasant, the food was fast & fresh. The French fries were nuclear! Best Arby's food in a long time. But he skimped on the au jus, it was enough but I had to dig for it. Lol
I am not from the area. We had 3 people in the vehicle. We did a bit to know what we wanted to order. The guy said, "Go head when ready". The again 3 more times and then asked what when we were talking amongst each other in vehicle. When I was ordering, it sounded like they were all laughing. When I pulled to the window, it seemed like they were having a party and was bothered by my order.
Restaurant was short staffed at the time I was there, but working hard to keep up. Beef was good as always.
Poor poor custom service ... only people in line to order, 3 workers saw us waiting and choose to completely ignore us. After 10 minutes we just left and found someplace else to eat. Very disappointing.
